Надо каждому поднапрячься и подумать над возможным конкурсом (описание, механика, реализация, проверка и т.п.). Предложить идею, обсудить, выдвинуть.

Я бы однозначно занялся конкурсом. Но, в связи с обстоятельставами, не могу это сделать. Банально нет возможности подготовить обычный .pdf

After this - all rewarded proposals will be in form of contest.
I m really dont understand, why we need split the finalised proposal to 2 parts, and threat them not equally - and decide one part as proposal, and second - as contest.
It s just 2 parts of whole; they should be deal a same way.

Kindly know that same type of proposal prepration is ongoing so please don’t forget to submit your wallet addresses for final list creation.
Everyone will be self-responsible if they miss to submit their wallet address since it’s every supporters duty to stay tuned with the discussion.

First, you are probably wrong about the topic of the forum. Your message is not relevant to this topic.

It’s for very early supporters of forum after successfully completion of 6months of Free TON and in future forum features may be improved well enough to reward its supporters directly.

I think you’re getting too carried away with this. Let me try to explain why this BETA TON tester reward exists.
Everyone who managed to find bugs during a certain period of time where selected for this contest. No one added anyone’s name out of nowhere and try to distribute TONs to people who don’t deserve it. This is a list that extracted from the Free Ton secret testing group that contributed to help the app build from both front-end and back-end and they are being compensated for it.
Now, a second run is going because some participants weren’t able to submit their addresses on time(keep in mind these people were already known and these are people that helped with the development of the app). This is the only reason why the community asking for a re-run. This list isn’t adding anyone that didn’t participate during the BETA testing period.

All beta testers are already known. This will not change. Therefore, the competition should be just for the sake of form.
It seems to me that you can not invent anything.
We create a contest, and each participant from the second list submits an application in the form of a wallet / telegram account.
What do you think about this?

Anyone else confused on why we are supposed to make a contest instead of a proposal? First half was accepted, tokens were delivered. I can’t see anywhere that it was a contest, it was a proposal. We proposed to reward people for their activity in the early days of testing of TON Surf, they agreed.
This time though, it must be different but because of what? What is the logic behind?
Do we need to create a contest so people can participate in it, like a new contest for new testing purpose? But TON Surf is out of beta.
Is it just me or it feels like a separation from “early birds who put efforts” more into another contest with the competition? Can we get answers and talk with people responsible for these words? Let’s discuss.

Ahhhh, I see. So they probably want to see some activity from the people on the list, so that not the creator of contest gathers all the information and sends this to the governance. But yet, they still accepted the first half which is 60% of participants with different rules. I’m still confused.

Я тоже не совсем понимаю, что тут можно придумать?
Есть полный список участников, кто был в списках изначально, есть группа которая уже получила вознаграждения и есть те, кто не получил.
Единственное, что я могу сделать, это составить список на основании заявленных пользователей и тех, кто уже получил награду, отобрав по никнеймам тех кому награда не была зачислена.
Это уже давно сделано и есть несколькими сообщениями выше )
Тогда о какой механике идёт речь, было предложение изначально. Его одобрили, опоздавшие просто просят начислить им, то что полагается по решению жюри я так понимаю?
К чему усложнять и придумывать какие то условия?
Вон человек выше уже придумал 3000к за 1 место и т.д. не смотря на то что фиксированное вознаграждение = 1000
