Maybe it makes sense to make a final list with the total rewards sums, wallet addresses of all candidates, and then go to the vote with the reworked proposal where that final list is attached to?

At current stage a list of forum supporters with rewards amount is enough.
Then all nominated members will provide their Wallet addresses for a final list prepration.

Награда раннего влиятельного человека на форуме
Важное примечание:
Это разовое вознаграждение (за период с 07.05.2020 по 14.09.2020 ), повторение которого не планируется.
Назначенные кандидаты не будут уведомлены личным сообщением об участии в распределении наград. Идея состоит в том, что все кандидаты, поскольку они сами по себе являются активными пользователями форума, сами обнаружат это предложение и решат, принимать им участие или нет. Для участия назначенный пользователь должен опубликовать здесь свой адрес FreeTON в отведенное время. Адреса, опубликованные с опозданием, не принимаются.
Описание:
Этот конкурс предназначен для того, чтобы поблагодарить участников форума на основе (и пропорционально) их прошлой эффективной деятельности, благодаря вере в будущее проекта Free TON, без всяких ожиданий на вознаграждение и поощрение.
Тип:
Одноразовое вознаграждение задним числом для первых энтузиастов FreeTON за их внеконкурсный вклад в проект на наиболее критической фазе - в течение первого полугодия.
Крайний срок подачи заявок:
14.11.2020 (00:00 UTC) г. - конец 19.11 2020 г. (23:59 UTC).
Мотивация:
Любое сообщество - это люди, которые его составляют. А рост сообщества напрямую зависит от того, какие это люди.
Мы быстро растем и вносим колосальное колличество времени в развитие и популяризации Free TON благодаря людям, которые:
- поделились своими идеями и получили положительные отзывы от сообщества;
- воодушевили новичков;
- написали свои предложения, даже если не все из них были приняты;
- создали учебные пособия и переведенные тексты;
- создали группы в других соц. сетях
- и в целом дали глоток свежего воздуха в жизнь этотого форума…
Цель
… и все это не ради награды, а благодаря вере в будущее проекта. Эти дела и эта вера достойны вознаграждения в рамках этого социального действия.

Early Influencer Award in the Forum
Important note:
This is a one-time reward (for the period from 05/07/2020 to 09/14/2020), which is not planned to be repeated.
Nominated candidates will not be notified by personal communication of participation in the award distribution. The idea is that all candidates, since they themselves are active users of the forum, will themselves discover this proposal and decide whether to participate or not. To participate, the designated user must post their FreeTON address here within the allotted time. Late published addresses will not be accepted.
Description:
This competition is intended to thank the forum participants based on (and proportionately) their past effective performance, thanks to their belief in the future of the Free TON project, without any expectations of reward and encouragement.
A type:
A one-time retroactive reward for the first FreeTON enthusiasts for their out-of-competition contribution to the project at the most critical phase - during the first half of the year.
Deadline for applications:
11/14/2020 (00:00 UTC) - the end of 11/19/2020 (23:59 UTC).
Motivation:
Any community is the people who make it up. And the growth of the community directly depends on what kind of people they are.
We are growing rapidly and contribute a tremendous amount of time to the development and popularization of Free TON thanks to people who:
- shared their ideas and received positive feedback from the community;
- encouraged newbies;
- wrote their proposals, even if not all of them were accepted;
- created study guides and translated texts;
- created groups in other social networks. networks

The contest is about the forum activities. I’m not sure that we need a TG account, it makes no sense.
What if someone doesn’t have TG account. TG account is not required to be a part of Free TON community. Fake forum account could be easily checked by account stats. -
About the screenshot. You don’t have messages about new members in Free TON News and in Free TON Contests which are public channels. You cannot make a screenshot if you don’t have the notification in the channel.
The rest looks good.

Kindly follow the community-discussion. I think forum stats are enough since it’s is impossible for forum member to duplicate submission.
Only real forum members can submit their addresses here and that is enough because this is forum supporters contest.

I don’t like the idea with the screenshot either.
But if user is active, then he wrote messages in the chat and it is easy to check.

And if the user is active on forum but he’s not active in some chat we will reject him and say good bye, correct ?
I see no reason to talk about TG in a contest which is called “Forum Supporters Contest”.
We should create a contest “TG Supporters” and we’ll talk about TG there.

tells the user to be “subscribed” to one or more telegram channels. All activity has already been calculated in the table for the period from 05/07/2020 - 09/14/2020.
What data is needed for this contest ?
- Wallet address only, the rest is clear from the forum stats
- Telegram account
- Passport
- Blood type
- Eye colour

Some telegram contests are already finished so I think no need for telegram joining verification.
In this contest only active members of forum will be participating because all have a limited time for providing wallet addresses and after that deadline final list will be created for rewards distribution.

Any member can provide their Wallet address in discussion as well and this can’t be duplicated anyways.

1) Regarding the 1st point:
you can easily create 2 or more accounts on the forum https: //forum.freeton.org / …
further “What if someone does not have a TG account” - we initially sign the declaration of decentralization here: https://freeton.org/join
and there it is obligatory to enter “Telegram username *” look at the screenshot …
2) Regarding the 2nd point:
Screen is not necessary !!! It must be provided in the event that there are suspicions of fraud to the forum member https://forum.everscale.network

If somebody for some reason scored into that list with two different accounts, why not? Let say, he / she has influenced anyway and in accordance with the formula will get nearby the same amount in total.

No, one participant is allowed. Therefore, we introduce an identification mechanism:
- Login on the forum https://forum.everscale.network/
- Wallet address (Status Active)
- @Username Telegram, if suspicions arise, the participant must provide a screen for subscribing to the group by 09/14/2020 (example: @ Angel_108 joined the group on 05/09/2020)
