given how much attention this contest got relative to other contests, I think it is reasonable to increase rewards.
I think giving a decent reward to more contestant is nice, but personally I think your proposal is too flat
and I would prefer a little steeper payout.
So I would also increase 1st.
My Proposal with the same amount of total allocation (465k):

  2. 40k
  3. 35k
  4. 30k
  5. 25k
  6. 23k
  7. 21k
  8. 19k
  9. 17k
  10. 15k
    11-15. 14k
    16.-20. 11k
    21.-25. 8k
    26.-30. 5k

I agree with giving jury members 1k instead of 500 since they have a lot more to read than usual.
