Description
This is a first-of-its-kind proposal for a private sub-governance. So what in the heck is a private sub-governance? Simple. It means that this sub-governance is not requesting any TONs from the Free TON community to start. Instead, an outside group of enthusiasts will put up their own tokens to launch this sub-gov. We want to set up a sub-governance that is at its inception funded exclusively by those boys and girls who started it. The idea is that the whole Free TON community can participate in its contests while the rewards are paid out by the initiators of this sub-gov.
That’s right! Basically an outside group wants to use its own tokens to set up its own sub-governance, with its own guidelines, but asks for nothing in return up front from the community except for one thing: PLEASE COME AND PARTICIPATE IN OUR CONTEST(s), win, and take our tokens! :))))))

Who’s behind this private sub-governance?
The project is called CryptoNumiz (website coming soon and description below), which is an NFT project. Here’s a short description of CryptoNumiz:
Numiz: Commemorative digital crypto coins to buy, collect and sell
To bid on and own Numiz, make sure you have TON Surf installed.
Unlike physical coins, Numiz are NFTs and are every bit as authentic and rare as regular coins, only they can never be duplicated or counterfeited thanks to cryptography.
Numiz commemorate all sorts of interesting events and historical milestones. This means your Numiz have a story.
The events they commemorate are digital renditions created by recognized artists from all walks of life, from art to design to music to film, so besides collectibility, they are truly original works of art
Another fun feature is that only one side of a Numi is visible to everyone. The other side is only visible to the owner. What’s cool is the side others can’t see. Might be an image, animation, music, even a short film. Only way to know is to own one.
By the way, the invisibility of one side of a Numi means an additional level of security to protect against forgery.
No rules for design, so each one is unique. Numiz don’t have to “look like a coin.” Shapes, sizes, designs, creativity – they’re all at the will of the Creator, which only adds to originality and rareness.
CryptoNumiz takes coin collecting (numismatics) to a whole new era and beyond!
People will be able to view and bid on Numiz through auctions that will be set up on the CryptoNumiz website.
The sub-governance
This sub-governance will run a contest for inaugural designs of the very first Numiz to be issued. Anyone who has artistic talent can participate. The contest will be to design the very first Numiz that must commemorate the 1 year anniversary of Free TON. Details and requirements will be described in the contest itself.
As we move forward, there will surely be other contests that you can participate in.

That’s really about it. Pretty simple! But we do need to have our own governance page in order for all of you fine folks to come and participate, e.g. voting interface, community announcements and blasts, etc. Easy-breezy-lemon-squeezy!
