1. Brand Master program description.
Basic idea is to create a network of Brand Masters which will grow organically and yet accept people with appropriate sets of skills, goals and audience. This will become much easier if few conditions are met:
Program is decentralized, so it doesn’t depend on any sole individual.
Program allows new users with appropriate skills to enter without prolonged procedures and filters out those deemed unfit with relative ease.
Program allows the revocation of privileges of compromised individuals.
2. Brand Master roles distribution.
The suggestion is to do this in few steps:
Run a competition for interested individuals and allow people to elect the starting bunch of Brand Masters depending on their current activities, knowledge and aspirations.
After that, allow appointed Brand Masters to determine whether new candidates are fit or not to become new Brand Masters by either giving the application a positive or negative mark. The required amount for a new candidate to be appointed should be about 7 positive marks(about ⅓ of starting Brand Masters pool, less in the future), if application has no positive marks in 1 month or gets -3 negative it is automatically rejected. This way no single individual will be in power to bring forth an ill-willing member.
As the pool grows Brand Masters shall promote the usage and acceptance of Free TON. Their efforts shall be rewarded monthly a little and for specific achievements bigger rewards in the future.
In case a Brand Master fails to perform at every level or harms the community he can be removed by creation of another application by a different Brand Master. Same markings principle applies and at 7 positive marks the Brand Master privileges are revoked.
3. Determining the number of Brand Masters needed.
Assuming the starting number should be around 20, but not limited if there are more capable individuals. This will be dependent more on the number of performing people and very dependent on existing Brand Masters in the region. If there are too many Brand Masters in the region - applications can simply be turned down.
The two problems here could be:
1 - Appointing new Brand Masters in new region
2 - Not having enough Brand Masters in the Region
They can be solved in a couple ways but what seems like an obvious solution is to:
Allow other Brand Masters who have knowledge of individuals and his work mark him regardless assuming they know what they are doing.
Run a regional competition to appoint a starting pool for the region.
But those problems should not be too common as most of the people are familiar with English and if needed will be able to present their work in English as well, before doing region-specific work.
4. A system for monitoring the fulfilment of Brand Masters’ duties.
Allow users and Brand Masters to grade their community Brand Masters from 1 to 5. This can also allow for an automatic revocation application or marking the Brand Master as harming if a Brand Master gets at least 100 grades and 80% are 1 or 2.
Besides that other Brand Masters are still allowed to start the revocation process.
On top of that put in place the reward distribution system where Brand Master will have to log his work and KPIs. Other Brand Masters will have to review and approve this work although with only 2-3 positive marks required. As an incentive for them to do this some rewards have to be distributed for reviewing applications and work of others.
Alternatively the system can issue a warning or submit a revocation application after 3-12 months of inactivity.
5. Identification of regional communities and language groups for community leadership by Brand Masters.
To represent local groups and communities in appropriate languages to reach wider audiences, as well as guidance, will be a responsibility of Brand Masters.
On the first stage of chosing initial Brand Masters for picked country Native speakers that are also proficient in English are preferred.
As for the form of identification and communication - those things should be set by Brand Masters. Be it Telegram channels, professional blogs or any other means they use to spread the word.
6. The main tasks that Brand Masters can perform on a common basis and each in their language group.
The Brand Masters’ tasks shall focus on promotion and spreading the word about Free TON. Those may include but are not limited to:
Explain the DeFi movement, it’s benefits and usability to potential users in simple language preferably understandable by person without technical background. This can be done once via article/video.
Deliver news and updates on project in local language to community in timely manners.

Review work of other Brand Masters and review applications. Although not all of Brand Masters have to do this, but those who don’t have big projects on hands or have free time can contribute to monitoring and expanding Brand Masters community.
7. Terms of token rewards for tasks performed.
Token rewards should be distributed monthly depending on achievements and performance of Brand Master. Few types of rewards can be implemented:
Monthly base reward. Base reward assigned for newly appointed Brand Master. This reward could be distributed without any activity from Brand Master(however too much of inactivity can result in either users or other Brand Masters initiating ).
Task rewards. For organizing events and creating content should be rewarded according the attendance and exposure of the audience.
Achievement rewards. For achieving either local or global milestones in Free TON’s growth. This can be some service or company starting to accept Free TON Crystals or any other events that result in increase of value, number of users, wallets, validators etc. Which is beneficial for the community.
Exact numbers of tokens shall depend on set value and is a subject for debate(Other submissions will probably discuss numbers well enough), but the general ratio should be like this:
1K TONs base monthly
2K-10K TONS for tasks, depending on scale and impact
5K-50K TONs for achievements, depending on global contribution

This is my idea for this contest:
1. Brand Master program description.
My suggestion is to create a decentralized system of teams competing with each other for rewards and building community trust.
I propose to use the infrastructure that we already have: contests and active jury. This will speed up the launch of the project and will not divert precious developer attention.
According to my idea, two contests are held once a month:
- applying for the event;
- a report on an already held event.
That is, Brand Masters contests will be created on a monthly basis. Teams wishing to participate provide their analysis and suggestions for promotion events in their language groups aimed at improving brand awareness and positioning.
The participant in his proposal for the contest:
- indicates the language group of campaign;
- determines the target audience at the current stage;
- offers methods of the most effective impact on the target audience;

If a team executes at least two successful promotions and receives a reward for them, it earns the title of Brand Master and gets the opportunity to offer promotions with a planned budget in the form of a certain number of tokens. Such a proposal must contain a justification for the budget with a detailed distribution by expenditure items, and links to standard price lists. The jury has the right to reject such an application if it considers the costs ineffective. I do not approve of the system for monitoring the work of Brand Masters based on the count of referrals, because such a system is too vulnerable to cheating.

Reports include:

Tasks that can be solved within language groups:
- involvement of regional communities;
- brand adoption, taking into account national, economic, linguistic peculiarities, mentality;
- Free TON is decentralized, which means that it is possible to adapt the brand as “our own”, in each language group, to create a sense of belonging (and this feeling is based on real facts);
- attracting enthusiasts within language groups to translate and distribute articles about Free TON.
7. Terms of token rewards for tasks performed.
As mentioned above, one cycle consists of two contests.
I suggest that the reward for the first contest should be 5000 tokens.
And for the second 20,000 tokens.

Описание программы Brand Master :
Создаём отдельный сайт-платформу Brand Master, где абсолютно каждый человек может внести свой вклад в развитие и популяризацию Free TON. Суть состоит в том, чтобы зарабатывать поинты за активность и затем эти поинты обменивать на реальные токены TON Crystal. Человек приходит на платформу и ему нужно завести себе кошелёк TON Surf, вставить свой адрес в поле, подписать декларацию о децентрализации, вступить в основные каналы и чаты telegram, подписаться на все соц. сети Free TON. В результате он будет одобрен к выполнению заданий и получит 20 поинтов за то, что выполнил стартовые шаги. Далее он может выполнять задания и зарабатывать поинты. К примеру, когда наберёт 500 поинтов на платформе Brand Master, то сможет их обменять на 500 токенов TON Crystal. То есть это минимальное количество поинтов, которое нужно для обмена на токены. Таким образом мы исключаем тех, кто придёт, чтобы по-быстрому заработать и уйти, а будет реально трудиться. Все работы будут проверяться членами жюри. В результате мы получим большое активное сообщество, которое будет писать статьи, снимать видео, писать про Free TON в своих соц. сетях, устраивать живые мероприятия и так далее. Также можно подключить реферальную систему к платформе Brand Master. Это всё очень быстро привлечёт внимание множества людей.
Распределение ролей Brand Master :
● Исполнители заданий. Это люди, которые присоединились к платформе Brand Master и были одобрены, после того, как выполнили стартовые шаги. Они зарабатывают поинты за свою работу по продвижению Free TON и обменивают их на токены TON Crystal, когда наберут как минимум 500 поинтов. Исполнитель обязан использовать только свои настоящие соц. сети и публиковать только свой авторский контент. Любое жульничество будет караться баном на платформе и обнулением поинтов. Но так как нужно заработать минимум 500 поинтов для обмена на токены, то и интерес мультиаккаунтов пропадает.
● Члены жюри. Это люди, которые будут проверять индивидуальную работу. К примеру написанную статью, снятое видео, активность в других сообществах, где продвигался Free TON и тому подобное. То есть люди сдают отчёты на платформе Brand Master, а члены жюри их проверяют, после чего исполнителям начисляется определенное количество поинтов. При том, такие мелкие задания как поставить лайк и сделать репост, им проверять не нужно, так как после того, как исполнители подключают свои соц. сети к платформе, начисления поинтов за такие задания и их проверка может быть автоматической. За свою работу члены жюри будут получать награду в токенах TON Crystal. Также в обязанности жюри входит не только проверка работ, но и проверка пользователей на фальшивых рефералов и мультиаккаунты. Также стоит следить за тем, чтобы пользователи не присваивали чужую работу себе. Можно использовать опыт https://freeton.org/contests для доказательства подлинности работы. Для выборов членов жюри можно провести отдельный конкурс.
Система поощрения исполнителей платформы Brand Master :
● Видео-контент. Плохое качество – 15 поинтов. Среднее – 30 поинтов. Отличное – 50 поинтов. Если на канале много подписчиков, то жюри могут начислить дополнительные поинты.
● Статьи, Блоги. Плохое качество – 10 поинтов. Среднее – 20 поинтов. Отличное – 40 поинтов. Если на канале, блоге или на своём сайте у человека много подписчиков, то жюри могут начислить дополнительные поинты.
● Лайк + Репост записи с официальных соц. сетей Free TON. 0,3 поинта начисляется автоматически. Так как люди подключают свои аккаунты к платформе, проверка жюри таких заданий не требуется.
● Проведение живого мероприятия Free TON в своём городе. 300 поинтов. Собрать аудиторию и рассказать им о преимуществах и особенностях Free TON.
● Индивидуальная работа. Тут автор может использовать любой креатив. Всё что угодно. Например, провести вебинар своей аудитории на тему Free TON и добавить его запись в отчёт, перевод статей, придумать какого-нибудь полезного telegram бота для продвижения и так далее. Всё, что способствует популяризации Free TON. Такие работы уже будут оцениваться на усмотрение жюри.
Реферальная система платформы Brand Master :
Каждый пользователь может приглашать людей по своей реферальной ссылке. Но получать награду он будет, когда его реферал наберёт 500 поинтов. Награда будет составлять 5% от количества поинтов реферала. То есть допустим реферал набрал 500 поинтов и решил обменять их на токены TON Crystal. Как только он обменяет, человек, который его пригласил, получит 5% от этой суммы, что составляет 25 поинтов.

Reward System performers Brand Master platform:

Referral system of the Brand Master platform:

This program can be used to: attract new community members, increase the presentation of the project on various platforms, attract users and developers.

In order to monitor the activity of Brand Masters, a work plan for a month or some other period is created for each role. During this time, tasks are distributed among the participants. At the end of the period, the community draws up a progress report on the part of each participant, and the jury reviews this journal and assigns rewards.
- Identification of regional communities and language groups for community leadership by Brand Masters
It is proposed to make any regional community lead by the regional community leader. For example, TON France, Free TON – Comunity Italiana, Free TON Türkiye as it is currently. But there should be definitely more communities, even not so big. The main thing is initiative, but, first it is needed to convey information about the project to the region. Technical Ambassador
The role of the Technical Ambassador is closely related to the Free TON product - decentralized applications, and the use of the capabilities of the Free TON ecosystem as a whole. Technical Brandmaster is well aware of the technical capabilities of TON from developer and user side, and can perform the following tasks:

- participation in the processing of information received from the Marketer Ambassador for technical assistance in the development of projects initiated by private clients, companies, communities that implement blockchain technologies in their processes
This role is suitable for subject matter experts and requires significant commitment to the project. The selection for this role takes place on a competitive basis based on the results of the resume review and, probably, voting for the applicant.
Marketer ambassador
The role of the Marketer Ambassador is related to the targeted promotion of the Free TON product to end users - potential owners of decentralized applications based on Free TON. The last paragraph in the description of the role of the Technical Ambassador (see above) mentions that Marketer ambassador assists in the development of projects initiated by private clients, companies, communities, introducing blockchain technologies into their processes.
But if the task of the Technical Ambassador is technical consulting, then the task of the Ambassador Marketer is more business contact with potential application owners. To a lesser extent, the Marketer Ambassador is interested in attracting individual developers. One way or another, the role’s main tasks are:
- analysis of the potential market, demand for using the Free TON ecosystem to create dApps and other technical capabilities
- competitive analysis of other dApp platforms
- participation in meetings, conferences, meetups
- direct contact with potential owners of decentralized applications based on Free TON, explaining the capabilities of the platform and its potential benefits for non-technical people.
This role is suitable for subject matter experts and requires significant commitment to the project. The selection for this role takes place on a competitive basis based on the results of the resume and, probably, voting for the applicant.

This is my proposal for the contest-
In the current Blockchain and Cryptocurrency space, where many of the projects underestimate the need for decentralization, free TON has embraced this concept from its very inception.
But decentralization comes with its own bells and whistles; namely no single point of interaction and no official GO-TO preson.
That’s why official Brand Masters are required- To officially represent Free TON at various stages.
BRAND MASTERS PROGRAM
Appointing Free TON Brand Masters to PROMOTE and REPRESENT Free TON on behalf of the community at various platforms online and offline, and promoting Free TON in their respective local communities and language groups.
The program should be a long term initiative where Brand Masters are appointed/reappointed Monthly/Quarterly on the basis of roles they are willing to play and the quality of their earlier work (Eg- Monthly appointments for online social media representatives, and Quarterly for regional community managers based on their work.)
ROLES-
They will be able to choose a role (or a few) that’s suits the most from the list below:
- Regional Community Managers: Lead and manage local groups and sharing knowledge with new members about FreeTON; using the messaging/social networking apps specific to their region.( Eg- WeChat for Chinese community)
- Social Media Representative: Acting as official representative of FreeTON and Spread awareness of the project by utilizing social media platforms and forums to engage with users and Discussing FreeTON in other crypto groups.
- Project Collaboration: Reaching out to other projects and teams, encouraging them to develop Dapps for FreeTON or bridging FreeTON with other Blockchains.
- Event Organizer: Coordinating with Country Ambassadors and Researching & organizing conferences and related events; organizing meetups and educational sessions in their city/region.
- Content Creators/ Translators: Creating educational and engaging content (articles, videos, graphics) on various topics related to the project or translating contents to their primary language
- Any other role required as per circumstances determined by the community.
REGIONAL COMMUNITIES/ LANGUAGE GROUPS-
Separate Brand Masters should be assigned in order to represent and better promote Free TON to regional groups and languages that constitute significant number of cryptocurrency enthusiasts, starting from- Russia(Russian), China & Hong Kong(Mandarin), India(Hindi), Vietnam(Vietnamese), South Korea(Korean), Nigeria(Hausa/English), South Africa(Afrikaans/Zulu), Singapore(Malay), UK and other European Countries(English), with more regional communities and languages added later on.
Roles that would require separate Brand Masters for each language group- Regional community manager, translator, event organizer, etc.
Roles that would be common for all the Brand masters- Content Creation, Social media representative, Project Collaboration, etc.
NUMBER OF BRAND MASTERS REQUIRED-
Initial number of brand masters shall be limited to 1-2 per geographical/ language group for each role where separate Brand Masters are required for each regional group, and total 3-5 for the roles for which are common for all the regional groups. Changes could be made later on as per the response and requirement.
REQUIREMENTS TO BE FREE TON BRAND MASTER-
- Have a good understanding about Free TON, its mission, objectives and goals.
- Be a great communicator, in order to motivate and inspire the community and general public.
- If applying as social media representative, should have good social media presence with a respectable number of twitter followers/ youtube viewers etc. or social media crypto influencer.
- For offline event organizer, should have sufficient prior experience in organizing such events.
- Content creator or translator should have prior experience in his respective field.
SELECTION PROCEDURE-
A form should be made available once a month for the community members to apply for the role of Brand Masters.
Applicants aspiring to be Brand Masters should fill out the form indicating their-
- Name, Country, Languages Spoken
- Roles they are willing to play as Brand Masters (Eg.- Online/Offline promotion, sending and receiving official communications on behalf of Free TON, Monitoring & Moderating Free TON groups and social media accounts, etc.)
- Time per week/month they are willing to devote for these activities
- Any prior experience in this field along with proof for the same
- Any other requirement as decided.
SELECTION CRITERIA-
Decision on selection of appropriate Brand Masters shall be made by validators through voting/ or it could even be delegated by them to a small committee charged with responsibility for handling activities and promotions & events. (It would be better if such decisions are not left to members for voting as chances of rigging by malicious applicants are very high in such a scenario)
AFTER SELECTION-
The names, brief details along with photographs (if possible) of selected Brand Masters shall be hosted on a dedicated page at freeton.org or community forum so that anyone can easily look and verify their credentials. It would create plethora of options to motivate them to perform their assigned roles diligently (Eg- By giving them 1-5 gems based on their performance and the community’s perception of them.
If possible, Brand Masters, especially those organizing offline events and promotional workshops shall be given starter kits containing T-shirts, merchandise, badges, or other things enabling them to represent Free TON to their audience.
WORK PERFORMED-
Proof of work shall be submitted weekly by the Brand Master to a common portal (such as Free TON forum) under his name in appropriate manner as per his role, (such as screenshots by social media influencers and online regional community managers, pictures/ short video of events by event organizers) and those not submitting their work for two consecutive weeks booted out, moreover, any member would be able to have a look at the quantity and quality of work performed by him and members with sufficient quorum would have powers to relieve any Brand Master of his duties if the quantity or quality of work is deemed below par.
REWARDS-
Tokens awarded shall focus more on the quality, creativity and the amount of time devoted for the work performed rather than the quantity of work
Rating system could be applied for this purpose, rating the creativity and quality of work on a scale from 1 to 10, 1 being the least creative and 10 being most unique and creative.
(NOTE: The following table is only an illustration of how Crystals can be distributed among different rating assuming 1 TON Crystal = $0.50. Actual number of crystals distributed can depend on the price of Crystals and other factors)
