Grindez proposes to develop a marketing campaign for the Free TON community by involving the Grindez community. Grindez will enable workers and recruiters to transact in Ton Crystals and will grow the Free TON community immensely. Develop Free TON Blockchain on Grindez
Grindez will enable a great number of users to use the Free TON blockchain in order to conduct business from freelancer to recruiter. Integration of Free TON blockchain will showcase how users are able to transact in Free TON for direct payments from user to user or a recruiter paying a freelancer. We seek the possibility of integrating our existing referral affiliate program in following stages, if a user refers a friend to Grindez then each invited friend who completed one task on Grindez with Free TON will receive 1 TON Crystal. We will also seek the ability of integrating “cash back” rewards in Free TON Crystals for each task which is completed then each user will receive an amount of TON Crystal.
Stage 2-
Distribution of TON Crystals To Current Users
We would like to distribute 4 TON Crystals to all current users on Grindez. Each user will receive 4 TON crystals to their TON Crystal wallet. By doing an airdrop of crystals to all users, we enable their interest and will prepare them for interacting with Grindez and TON for jobs! Grindez will integrate wallet knowledge features to all current users + each user who signs up and is onboarded. Users will then have the skills and exposure to Free TON when transacting between freelancer and recruiter. With more than 10,000 members at a rate of 4 TON crystals, this will require 100k TON crystals designated to this airdrop to users.
