It seems that the goals and estimated activities of this SG are in the scope of Influenccers SG or Community SG

Letā€™s keep it simple and create one SG for this direction (if you have another opinion, please elaborate)

Question :
When will the Initial Members be updated? Before or after the proposal is approved?
Will the leaders be members of the Initial Members or will another subgroup be formed?

It may seems, but I think not because Influencers SG do not take care about ethics, that are indeed directly related with Community SG.

To be honest, personally I do not see the point in such formations as sub-govs in a decentralized community at all. Each member of the community can create a contest on any topic and anyone can directly participate. And itā€™s better to reward those who win without having to feed the intermediate :slight_smile:

You mean that Global Community SG positions itself as competitor (in ethical scope) to both ā€œInfluencersā€ and ā€œCommunityā€ Contest Proposal authors/teams?

Yes, more or lessā€¦not like competitors, but with some key differences. Influencers will act in the path of market necessity. Community, on other side, will care community personā€™s necessity. Is my opinion, this two sg may appear very similar but are not.

These discussions remind me of a bad movie about madness. Why? A team of active people gathered who proved their contribution to the development of Free TON with their work. Then someone copies the title (why would it ?!) of their work, and someone copies most of the text.

And people come who are seriously discussing all this and asking questions.

The setters have not invested a single gram in this initiative, but reason as if they have some kind of voice and influence. But there are 0. Because they DID NOT DO ANYTHING AT ALL. And they are also in a huge conflict of interests. Thatā€™s the whole reason.

Dear colleagues, do the WORK. Show THE RESULTS TO THE COMMUNITY!!!

I have prepared a detailed material about Members and what ACTIONS need to be taken to be able to carry out the work of Sub-Governance. I also marked you in our telegram group. In response, I received nothing at all. What exactly are you, or any other person is ready to DO?

But new questions came. And this is the huge problem in the Free TON Community. That there are so many people who ask questions. And there are very few people (out of the entire community) who go and do it!

We have described everything we do. Much detail. Always available for dialogue (with those who do). But we do not see any ACTION on the part of the interrogators. Why?

Can you answer me specifically: WHAT WILL YOU PERSONALLY DO? While in your actions there is 0 initiative. 0 activity. But only questions.

Maybe you should start with action? I extended them to you in my previous posts in this thread.

Just think about itā€¦

If the name is Global, leaders must be initial members.
They should not be in the subgroup! (Sorry leaders, I do not mean bad!)
I think you and all the leaders should be in the same group. Obviously, anyone who does not do something will be removed.
The name of the Proposal does not match with the work procedure and initial members!
P.s:
Given that none of the leaders have any problem with this issue.
Maybe they prefer to be managed by other people and they prefer to work in a subset!
