I am in favour of this sub-governance proposal. As far as developing Free TON goes, building a solid community behind the project would make a lot of sense and the influencers sub-gov is just what we need to make it work.
I’ve been keeping an eye on the recent community growth and I must say, I’m impressive with the work being put in by @Artanovskaya, @Alex077 and others (which is part of the reason I’m lending my support). I would really like if this sub-gov will help build an active and inclusive community for Free TON.
Quick question though: Are there any plans to take in more members to help out alongside the initial members?

It is a nice proposal. I like how you continue to plan great ideas by having Sub-Governance. This is to make the TON project be more spread out around the world. Also, this is an effective way to make more potential investors, more partnerships, and attracting more people to join a community of the TON project. You have done many good ways so far but I still don’t see big efforts to attract people through the local community. How if you have a program like spreading more information about the TON project through articles, Youtube video, or the like with local languages. For example, the Indonesian language. This way makes people Indonesian easy to know more about the TON project.

i do agree with you mate. indonesian community very huge and i know there are alot group that have huge member and its very active. by doing collaboration with local group will be good way for FreeTON to be known by them. maybe AMA will one strategy for it, beside another strategy that mentioned aboved. maybe we could make collaboration for it

It seems that the goals and estimated activities of this SG are in the scope of Community SG Proposal
Let’s keep it simple and create one SG for this direction (if you have another opinion, please elaborate)

Influencers are good for marketing if they are right influencers so i support this proposal.
And just to be clear, because i don’t understand this budget completely: This is a budged that’s meant to last 2 months right? And am i right to assume that from the total 216000 TON is meant for influencers and rest (326000 ton) is for the implemention of the SG or am i completely lost here?

At the beginning, they must vote for the creation of SubGovs, then it will be possible to submit applications for the jury

Great offer, I will correct you - Free Ton is not only on Bittcointalk but also on 10 other forums, but Bittcointalk is the most international of all and there is a big Indian and Indonesian community. And today forums are the most effective method of promotion, much better than telegram channels or You-Tube
But we must move the project forward in all directions.

How did you calculate these numbers? I understand that this is all for the implementation of sub-governance. Although I do not know what exactly is meant by this. But perhaps they will explain more in the future.
This budget is calculated mainly for the launch of their programs to attract new members of the Free Ton , and only a small part will go to support Sab Gov.
But of course, Artanovskaya will explain all these nuances in more detail.

From the budget. I simply reduced estimated numbers marked for SG from the total budged. What i am wondering about is how much are going for influencers directly. And how much are reserved for running the SG itself.

Why do you need all this information ? For me the value of free TON is that it’s decentralised and that you don’t need to share your personal info with everyone.
And why the information is not public? Only you have access to the doc, is it correct ?

I agree with you, I only named bitcointalk as it is the main crypto forum, but altcointalk also undoubtedly has great potential for the development of foreign communities.

Why such questions, I do not understand, or you are a full member of Free TON. I think you understand what decentralization is. I sent the submission form, which was indicated above. I think what the Free TON community is doing is for the benefit of the entire cryptocurrency community as a whole.

What do I like about this proposal?
In this digitalized world, targeting the online community like online forums, social media-based community plays a crucial role to get engaged with the potential audiences from all around the world and the proposal has clearly prioritized these all things so nicely for free TON influencers Sub-Governance(SG).
What I don’t like about this proposal?
Less budget- Budget plays a vital role to form the strongest community and trust in the project(It will be extremely important for community-formed projects like Free TON). As a project aimed to be adopted by the global community, resources should be genuinely maintained first. You know more the potential members in the Free TON community, the stronger the project be. It negatively affects the project if the potential participants get bypassed due to limited budgets and spots for certain campaigns based on the online community.
So what can be added to form the strongest global community?
It seems quite ridiculous but you know, most people love to pay more attention to the funny things. Average people do not care about the complexity and core technical information about the project at the very first stage so running a competition for the informative meme design or poster design could surely help to get more people engaged so quickly.
Take a look at the following sample!
Targeting audiences to get more people engaged to the project through the local club, poster/banner promotion is another effective way that influencer SG would love to prefer. It would be best if this point was properly mentioned in the proposal.
Overall, I like the ideas and I proud to be a part of the Free TON community😍.
