@MonaMahmoodi1 - we’re not looking to argue over here. The idea is to work together towards a common goal. Sometimes, we might have different visions which might make us doubt others’ intentions. If our proposal gets passed, @india should be happy as we’ll have the means, the resources, and the combined capabilities to crack this nut.

you are just joining the Free TON community and creating proposal for a subgovernance.
There isn’t any active member in your initial team so I can’t be a part of this type of subgovernance strangely proposed by new comers. Your motive and intentions are also looking very suspected to believe.
Why you aren’t creating a subgovernance for a single country in which you lives❓
First create some type of awareness campaign to motivate people about benefits of Free TON, then go for a subgovernance step by step.

Working together and for Free TON is good. Nobody is against. You may do it too. Do it first and for a while and let us know you and your abilities. Afterwards, send a proposal for 600,000 TONs.
Who else came to Free TON and immadiatedly requested for 600,000 TONs?

no one have even a free ton forum account so it’s obvious that they don’t have sufficient knowledge about free ton ecosystem.

A talented group of people with specialized skills in your country (minimum 1K members, I think) which started 1-2 months before writing SG proposal, is needed.

Hey @_thor! Great to see you taking bull by the horns!
I would like to make a few comments/suggestions based on the remarks of others, and offer my full support in this SG.
Regarding the trepidation of some following the Influenecrs SG incident, I can see the concern here. A simple solution would be to A) onboard myself (will explain why in a moment), and some of the existing members of the current Indian community into the initial members for this group, and then subsequently the jury. Additionally to this, perhaps the budget allocation can be broken down into more manageable chunks and stages (this is something I think would be great for all SGs to do to be honest). So rather than 4 stages covering the next twelve month, break it down into 6 stages, and the Crystals asked/required can be adjusted and distributed at each stage accordingly.
The reason I’d put myself forward to work as an IM of this group, is the obvious strong ties between the United Kingdom and India. The UK is one of the most cultural places on Earth, and I’m sure the value I could bring here would be useful. Also, you know you want an excuse to work with me more @_thor, so let’s do this

A sharp movement doesn’t work at all.
At the moment the whole thing reads like “We hope, we want, we will.” It needs to be “We do, here are the facts, here’s what we’ve done, let us deliver results for a very small amount of TONs over the next 3 moths and then decide if we should continue.”, @XLR25t said.

Small presentation isn’t enough. Atleast 2 months constructive and useful activities on the forum as well as launch and growth of a TG group for SG with high qualified members from the country are needed. Note that this isn’t a partnership proposal.

we need some kind of awareness about free ton to start a governance.
Reason :
a subgovernance need some jury members, then contests and then participants so think about the whole phenomenon and come to the real fact of community growth.
As of favorable conditions in India we want to organise a roadshow under the banner of freeton for more awareness and more adoption campaign so come and participate, we’ll host you, welcome

Exactly. If I remember correctly the correct way of making a new sub-governance is this:
“Start with forming a group (not a chat group but a sub-governance group) in Telegram and then take some weeks (maybe months) developing it until it has serious activity and many individuals ready to work and have proven their abilities, and then make a sub-governance proposal”, @XLR25t said.
It really makes more sense to me now.

At the moment, the persons behind the proposal can be anyone. Dead souls, figureheads, actors and even Roman and Alexander himself. Do not want conspiracy theories, do not produce premises. Have fun!

Myself, Roman and a few other folks spoke with the 8 people strong Indian team. It is for the first time since the Korean SG that we start a sub governance with that many capable people who are ready to roll up the sleeves and dig. What would be great is to add IMs to that team from our existing (not very active) community in India as well as from the outside (eg Ben).

I pretty much agree with detailed feedback from Ron. We discussed it with him and his opinion reflects my feedback.
Well since you haven’t done a single thing, it’s time someone else step up and make a proper Indian sub-gov where people actually work and do something instead of search for easy ways to scam out TONs. 
Additionally, you ARE NOT the “Indian community”. You just have a group that does nothing and is going nowhere. Just the facts. Sorry if they sting. And everyone knows this. You’re fooling nobody.
I support this sub-gov, because it is made up of people with proven track records. Can’t say the same about the current India group or you in particular.
