@Roman_D, @bitjudge Guys, lets help to run this initiative. This thread is 4th most popular by replies in the forum.
I like the idea of rewarding users for the past activity on the forum from the beginning until 09/15/2020. There were many active people, a lot of good discussions, proposals and submissions. And we can get more and more. This is the main target! More active people in the Free TON. And the forum is the main radar of our activity right now.
What do I suggest?
I have prepared a pivot table filtered by the number of posts on the forum.

I propose to jointly think over a formula by which we can reward active participants.
In my understanding, we should only reward active users.
Those who did not write a single message or started a thread, did not receive many likes and activity on their replies on the forum - they do not deserve an award. It’s my personal opinion.
Next, I would like to know your opinion on my proposal, as well as your vision of the formula. To launch this initiative already. Or reject it.

On my original proposal, I had proposed a formula based on received like and topic created. In fact, I thought that these two factors are the best factors to recognize who is really active on the forum. The formula has been then changed regarding the comments of others. At first glance, I have two suggestions:
Reward=10*[(Received Likes)+10(Topic Created)]
Reward=(Time Read in Hours)[(Received Likes)+10(Topic Created)]
Time Read less than 60 minutes => Time Read in Hour=0
Time Read equal to 1 day => Time Read in Hour=24
Time Read equal to 2 days => Time Read in Hour=48
Time Read equal to 3 days => Time Read in Hour=72
In my personal opinion, I like the second formula the most. If the guy has read the forum posts for less than 1 hour, he/she will not receive anything. I think this will consider your mentioned concern as well.
I would be happy to hear the opinions of other active guys and forum moderators. They follow the forum better than me and I believe if we consider their opinions, it will help this contest proposal in particular and the Free TON project in general.
P.S.: I know that by the second formula, some guys will be unhappy with me. To convince you that I didn’t creat this proposal and formula for my own benefit, I can promise not to participate in this contest if the community ask me.

Я поддерживаю обе идеи. Идею WuChi001X, так как те кто был изначально с проектом достойны награды и многие пришли во Free TON из интереса. И проявляли активность на форуме без корыстных побуждений.
Идею Майкл Шапкин, как инструмент для будущий наград.
Считаю что надо принять оба предложения.

Да тема собрала не мало шуму, все предложения о поощрении согласно каким-то достижениям имеют право на реализацию, уж лучше чем тот же самый “общемировой аирдроп”

a big competition that covers everyone sounds good. Everyone who contributes to the forum should be rewarded. One of the most effective ways to do this may be to organize such a general competition. I think free ton will reach a good community in the future and have a strong position. I don’t mind missing the contest date. I find it more important to win the forum.

Early Influencers Rewards
Important Note:
This is a one-time contest (for previous activities only- activities till Sep 15,2020) and there are no plans for it to be repeated.
Description:
This contest is designed to thank the forum members based on (and proportional to) their past effective activities. Let’s be thankful for the activities which have been done without any expectations.
Type:
One-time contest
Dates and Submission Process

Nov 15, 2020 – End of Nov 25, 2020 (UTC time). You should submit your surf receive address within this time frame. Otherwise, no rewards will be provided for you.

Send your surf address on the forum (this proposal page) and then refer to this post during the submission.

The surf address mentioned in the pdf file submitted and on the forum post should be the same. Otherwise, no rewards will be provided for you.
Important Note:
The forum activity up to the end of 14th Sep 2020 (UTC time) will be considered only. To avoid spam activity on the forum, the activities after 14th Sep 2020 will have no value in this contest.
Rewards:
The reward of each participant will be calculated based on the following formula:
Reward= (Time Read in Hours) [(Received Likes)+10 (Topic Created)] in TONs
Time Read less than 60 minutes => Time Read in Hour=0
Time Read equal to 1 day => Time Read in Hour=24
Time Read equal to 2 days => Time Read in Hour=48
Time Read equal to 3 days => Time Read in Hour=72
The participant will not get rewarded if his/her reward (based on the formal mentioned above) is less than 100 TONs.
If the rewards of some guys gets greater than 10 000 TONs, their rewards will be reduced to the values lower than 10 000 TONs. There should be a small difference among these rewards so that the rank still remains unchanged.
It means that only 80 most active forum members (See the list below) will be allowed to participate. The total distributed rewards will be equal to 94052 TONs.
Disclaimer:
Any supporter can participate, but Free TON cannot distribute TONs to US citizens or US entities.
