Contest proposal: Subgovernances efficiency analysis
Short description:
There are 10 approved Subgovernances in Free TON, which already started its activity. There should be ongoing efficiency analysis of their work by the community.

Requirements:
- Efficiency of one or several Subgovernances should be analyzed.
- Efficiency metrics should be proposed, which could be unified or SG specific.
For example, the following metrics could be used: discussion group(s) size(s) and diversity of members, achievement of planned contests results and diversity of participants, compared efficiency of efficiency.
- Summary tables should be included.
- Reference to raw data should be included and methodology of raw data collection should be described.
Evaluation criteria and winning conditions:
â—Ź Whether results are transparent and useful for the community.
â—Ź Comprehensives of analysis.
â—Ź For similar analysis quality the more SGs were covered in a submission the higher rate it should get.
Voting:
â—Ź Each of the Global Free TON jurors can vote on submissions. Jurors whose team(s) intend to participate in this contest by providing submissions lose their right to vote in this contest.
â—Ź Each juror will vote by rating each submission on a scale of 1 to 10 or can choose to reject it if it does not meet requirements, or they can choose to abstain from voting if they feel unqualified to judge.
â—Ź Jurors will provide feedback on your submissions
â—Ź Duplicate, sub par, incomplete or inappropriate submissions will be rejected.
Reward:
1st prize…………………………………………… 20,000 Tons

Runners up from 4th to10th place ……………… 5,000 Tons
Note: If the number of winning submissions is less than the number of rewards available, any remaining rewards are not subject to distribution and are considered void.
Jury rewards:
An amount equal to 5% of the sum total of all total tokens actually awarded will be
distributed equally between all jurors who vote and provide feedback. Both voting and feedback are mandatory in order to collect the reward.
Procedural remarks:
â—Ź Participants must upload their work correctly so it can be viewed and accessible in the formats described. If work is inaccessible or does not fit the criteria described, the submission may be rejected by jurors.
â—Ź Participants must submit their work before the closing of the filing of applications. If not submitted on time, the submission will not count.
