When will the rewards for the contests be distributed to the winners in Korea?
I’ve thought that the token distribution without ICO is an excellent idea. However, if the compensation delay continues, it would give Free TON a less reliable image in Korea.
What does it do for the network? I see zero value in this. Just a shameless token grab. Just say no!

In fact, it has already did for the network much more than any of the contests run by other SGs.
Currently, Korea is the biggest market demanding TON Crystals, not in terms of winning at contests, but rather buying at full price, which drives the price up.
The first listing was done at a Korean exchange, Coineal, which still serves as a benchmark for other exchanges.
I also had a discussion with Steve Yun, and I’m really fascinated with the efficiency of Korean SG’s.
So I would definitely support all of these.

Recently formed SGs requested about 100 K tons (a little more and less) at first round such as Mexico, Global Community, Influencers, Community Voice, etc. Moreover, As far as I know, Chinese SG requested about 500 k. As you know China is a much bigger economy than Korea.
In addition, an efficiency analysis of SG performance, can be usefull, I think:

And there is absolutely no difference: the project is successful in this country or not. Let’s not arrange preferential segregation and introduce permissionism on the basis of tokens purchased by citizens of the country.
If I understand correctly, the Korean SG held contests without having a budget. The allocation of such a volume of tokens was not agreed upon. But now, after the fact, an attempt is being made to obtain a compensation. This is a very dirty game, especially given the policy of holding contests in the Korean SG (I mean, the non-admission of participants).

This 700K is addition to first round budget 582K ?
Six contests were already done. 120,000 is the budget for marketing. They will produce tangible educational materials in Korean for Free TON through contests. I think that is a way more substantial contest than the virtual hero or Christmas card contests. Will you guys support the Korean SG if they want to hold a contest for designing their own virtual hero or some happy new year card?
Agree that Free TON Korea brought a lot of value to the Free TON , e.g partnerships and TON recognition in Korea. Contests already passed. I hope there will be more tech contests for TON ecosystem in Korea. Good luck guys))
