Hi! I’ve described it above, that there are two main problems:

Jurors can do whatever they want according evaluation criteria, but there are so many features unclear and we see such result, that they believe in “good impression”. In my opinion, all contests should have more requirements for jurors and participants.

Secondly need a codex for jurors by analogy if this document (in progress)
