Данный принцип лотереи позволит уменьшить выигрыш мошеннических аккаунтов . И главное, в то же время позволит замаскировать ошибки неправильной скрининг-оценки уникальных(правильных) учётных записей.
Для привлечения новых клиентов и в то же время не доводя до похищения(расшифровке на результатах лотереи) алгоритма скоринга считаю возможным провести такую лотерею 4 раза с промежутком в 4 месяца.

The suggested mechanics (prank mechanic) is as follows:

Stage 1

• All the distribution is made through the wallet
• The wallet does sms verification (KYC part 1)
• After that the user creates the wallet and gets some preliminary tokens (let’s say 100 rubies)

There are a lot of really great ideas but nothing that I would call a complete solution. I have therefore borrowed what I think are the best ideas and combined them with some of my own to create what I think is the best solution to deter cheaters and bots while being easy enough that any legitimate user in telegram should not be deterred from signing up. I have acknowledged in my proposal the ideas I have borrowed and will split any tokens my proposal earns equally with the people whose ideas I have borrowed.

I would propose a model with different levels or layers of engagement and reserve pools of tokens for each.

The lowest level would be a pure lottery. Participation would only require membership in the TG groups and signing the DOD. On the question of identity, I think the proposal of member z0rk1 is very good. Также рассмотреть возможность размещения рекламы на криптобиржах с целью привлечения целевой аудитории. Другим важным аспектом считаю поиск лидеров мнений среди разных аудиторий (IT, бизнес, финансы) - это публичные личности с большой аудиторией являющиеся авторитетами в своих областях. Через них можно формировать интерес к проекту у людей и привлекать новых пользователей.
Также я думаю, что стоит рассмотреть вариант коллаборации с WeChat, т.к. там сосредоточено колоссальное количество пользователей китайской аудитории, которая положительно относится к блокчейну. WeChat является не только мессенджером, но и своего рода огромным маркетплейсом, в который так или иначе вовлечён почти весь бизнес Китая.
3.После скачивания приложения юзер должен пройти регистрацию и верификацию. Данную операцию можно реализовать следующим образом. Этот вариант - самый актуальный и подходит пользователям Telegram, чьи аккаунты верифицированы и имеют Telegram passport. Пользователю достаточно при регистрации указать данные своего акккаунта, а верификация проходит благодаря telegram passport, т.е. telegram подтверждает, что данный пользователь верифицирован, является физическим лицом с документами подтверждающими его личность. После процедуры регистрации и верификации создается новый кошелек и пользователю автоматически начисляются призовые токены за подключение. Так же ему на почту посылается все необходимые данные о его электронном кошельке. В это же время ему приходит сообщение от бота в telegram с предложением подписаться на соответствующие каналы, юзер нажимает на кнопку “подключиться”. Далее бот присылает ему реферальную ссылку, по которой он может пригласить своих друзей и подписчиков установить ton.surf, за это он получит дополнительные токены в качестве вознаграждения за каждого нового пользователя.
Подобная схема регистрации и валидации с использованием telegram passport была реализована в приложении для пользователей банка ePayments, Sum & Substance, CEX.IO, Xena, CryptoPay, YouDrive, Profi, Worki, Minter Network, Minexcoin, KICKICO, Cryptonomos and ICOadmin.

1.Создание кошелька. Пользователь заполняет окно регистрации (имя пользователя telegram, e-mail, пароль), даёт согласие на условия сервиса и подписывает декларацию, проходит captcha. На e-mail отправляется ссылка для подтверждения. Кошелёк создан, пользователь может ознакомиться с интерфейсом кошелька и его инструментами, но выполнить какие-либо операции и получить призовые токены не может. Для этого нужно пройти процедуру верификации. Только после этого кошелёк регистрируется в системе.
2.Верификация пользователя. Этот этап выполняется при помощи telegram passport. После этого кошелёк регистрируется в системе и начисляются на счёт призовые токены. В остальном всё происходит по сценарию описанном выше.
Если использование telegram passport является невозможным, то предлагаю воспользоваться инструментами sum and substance (sumsub). Вполне рациональное готовое решение. Как вариант можно просто создать свои аналоги этих инструментов.
В таком случае встаёт вопрос о создании своего FreeTON Passport. FreeTON passport можно будет использовать для любого сервиса в FreeTON , в том числе и для кошелька Ton.surf. Таким образом этим паспортом сможет воспользоваться даже пользователь США для доступа к сервисам FreeTON с ограничением в пользовании ton.surf и токенами.
FreeTON passport объединит в себе лучшие технологии: защита данных End-to-End Encryption, перемещение данных в децентрализованное облако (decentralized cloud), верификация документов (ID Document verification), Biometric checks (matching an ID with a selfie, liveness checks).

Получается настоящий оборот. Изначально нужно предложить тем людям, которые будут размещать свои предложения что-то вроде подарочной суммы за регистрацию и возможность брать «кредит» с залогом своих услуг или товаров.
Мне кажется что это будет быстро распространяться «сарафанным радио» и люди захотят получать услуги за свои услуги, которые для них по сути ничего не стоят. А в результате получится оборот и распространение криптовалюты.
1.Изначально регистрируются все желающие учавствовать в проекте.
2. Происходит розыгрыша по 1000 тон 100 людям( к примеру).Эти 100 людей становятся первыми покупателями услуг. А все остальные, кому интересен проект становятся продавцами своих услуг.
3.Далее продавец получает дополнительные деньги с сайта переходя на следующий уровень, а получается это с помощью продаж. Допустим он сделает пять удачных продаж или выполнит 5 услуг.

В своих размышлениях я пошел не от механики, а от стратегии и задался вопросом, - как сделать так чтобы обеспечить приток не только максимального но и качественного контингента?
Исходя из соображений:

1. что количество привлеченных пропорционально интересу, а интерес рождается из понимания аудиторией ценности продукта.
2. что качество привлеченных, пропорционально серьезности подхода к регистрации пользователей и условиям распространения продукта.
   И самое главное уровню решаемых с помощью продукта задач.

Исходя из этих соображений вырисовываюстя следующие задачи:

• Продумать все возможности существующие и потенциальные, которые дает этот токен и блокчейн. И максимально ясно и структурировано изложить это на всех языках потенциальной аудитории.
  Это снизит барьер доступности для понимания максимальным количеством потенциальных пользователей. И даст импульс к дальнейшему изучению.
• Понимание ценности вызывает интерес, а в совокупности с серьезностью подхода к процедуре регистрации и распространения должно вызвать и доверие. (прочитав ранее изложенные описания и предложения, я понял, что без качественной верификации не обойтись, но ей мешают в первую очередь соображения анонимности… в связи с этим у меня возникла мысль-вопрос, - можно ли всю собранную информацию о пользователе, завернуть в недоступную никому форму и выдающую процедурам идентификации только некий уникальный код идентифицирующий пользователя для блокчейна, но не позволяющий никому идентифицировать его как личность?)
  Это была мысль про доверие.

И следующая мысль про ценность.
Очевидно чтобы у токенов была ценность, они должны доставаться только за какую-то полезную для сообщества и возможно и для человека, работу.
Можно устроить мозговой штурм и разложить все задачи проекта выявив все потребности, которые и можно будет разделить на небольшие задачи, встроив в систему-интерфейс для пользователя где он будет их решать и получать за это свою награду в токенах.

Для примера, одной из задач проекта я вижу повышение грамотности аудитории о самом проекте, вот первым уровнем в системе раздачи можно сделать систему тестов “о токене” это уже не бездумное разгадывание капчей а так сказать с пользой.
Главное успевать заполнять систему новыми задачами:)

I’d like to propose an approach based on team competition and decentralized self-security check, with elements of gamification.

Initially teams can be based on any attribute, i.e. geographically, and can be created by different communities or opinion leader personally.

There’s no limitation for quantity of teams and everyone can create one.

Every team has responsibility for each member, and should avoid bots and fake accounts for interest of the team.

For creation and administration of teams special airdrop bot should be created. That’s the main piece of software needed to be created by TON developers for airdrop.

To join the airdrop, a candidate should receive invitation from member of the team, or create his/her own team by using airdrop bot.

Each initial leader of the team gets 12 invitation codes from bot, and new 12 members can invite 3 members a day each. This way every member who invites someone become leader of his/her own branch. A leader can watch full statistics of members of the branch, remove them if there’s any doubts and send user id to blacklist (which is open for team leaders). All that mechanics could be managed by airdrop bot.

Team leader should carefully check the person, that he/she invites in his/her team, to make sure it’s not a bot or fake account.

This way every member of the team become a safeguard of his/her own branch.

Base check for humanity should be simple Turing test, but every team can come up with its own plan of additional checkup of the candidates.

50% of team rating depends on quality and quantity of members, it makes teams to take these checks seriously. Other 50% depends on promotion score of the team members all combined.

Promotion score based on number of shared info in social media (Twitter, Reddit, etc).

Every member can change the team any time, but only once a week (for example on Sunday). After transition a member loses his/her promotion score and right to manage his/her branch if he/she has one.

After receiving invitation code and first initial check,

new candidate should:

1. Sign the Declaration of Decentralization

2. Sign up @ton_crystal_news and @TONCRYSTAL

3. Promote TON in social media and attach links to the bot.

After completing these steps candidate becomes a member of the team, and now can send 3 invitation code per day.

Rating of all teams is published on official TON channel daily.

Team that wins by members quality/quantity and promo score, receives airdrop with multiplier X42 from base level (which should be calculated on final stage of airdrop).

Second place has multiplier X41, and so on.

Last teams receive base airdrop with basic multiplier X1.

Additionally, 20% of airdrop for group splits between team leader and the most active members. It creates extra interest inside every group to achieve the goal.

Other 80% split equally between all members of the team.

This way all bots and fake accounts who managed to get through additional check will be either banned by community or end up in one of the last teams with the lowest level of airdrop.

By a specified date all teams should be ready for partial check run by the system. Check Bot should ask random team members some simple questions and expect reply in reasonable time. Final rating of each team considers this additional check result for every team.

Thus, we get a decentralized, self-expanding and self-testing system with elements of gamification, which should cause explosive growth of user base while maintaining the safety of the process and the quality of participants in the airdrop. In addition to media effect of promoting by participants, the team competition process itself will generate increased media interest to the project.

To receive tokens through the airdrop, the user must write “TON and wallet number” in the “Bio” section of his telegram account. You need telegram users, you will get them with the TON wallet linked to the telegram username!

I don’t see how letting each team set it own tests to sniff out bots would be a good approach. What would stop someone from creating their own team, establishing a test they knew their fake profiles would pass and then filling their team with fake profiles? They would end up getting a high team rating from the number of people in their team and a high promoting score from their incredible recruiting skills.
