The First NFT Punks Collection on the FreeTON Blockchain

“CryptoPunks”, an NFT marketplace that was launched in 2017 by Larva Labs, released 10,000 pixel art characters which could be purchased for $1 to $30 at the time. Now, the cheapest CryptoPunk can be purchased for $354,000 and the most expensive CryptoPunk purchase totalled a whopping $11.8 million in June 2021.

A noteworthy NFT contribution came from Visa’s recent purchase of a Cryptopunk for nearly $150,000

In 2021, Punks were released on the Binance Smart Chain blockchain without any affiliation to the creators of CryptoPunks. Today, a punk can be purchased for 20 BNB ($9356).
In May 2021, TPunks on the TRON blockchain were released and are also not affiliated with Larva Labs.
By now the most expensive Tpunk was bought for $80 and sold for $620,000.

Today, one of the FreeTON blockchain adherents, SVOI.dev Team, has officially announced the launch of “TonPunks.com”

TonPunks.com is the first collection of NFT Punks that was created on the FreeTON blockchain, which consists of 10,000 unique punks, including 10 punks of Durov, the founder of Telegram and Vkontakte, as well as one secret punk.
The TonPunks.com NFT collection marketplace allows everyone to participate in the minting of 10,000 NFT TonPunks for only 200 TON Crystal (TON) per punk!

Punks are minted in random order, which is defined within its smart contract.

Slava Semenchuk, an advisor of the project and an Initial Member of the FreeTON NFT SubGovernance is ready to purchase the unique punk #244 for $5000 once it is minted!

Exactly the same remark.
How can it be possible to make a fork with exactly the same pictures and exactly the same numbers ???
Copyright issue.
It’s not good for Free TON.
Free TON communauty has to think about that.

Я читал в одном из чатов сообщества - что минт одного панка порядка 200 кристаллов . Вопрос - чем обусловлена столь большая цена за минт панка ?

Планирую собрать первые 10 панков, пока, что есть номер 8,планирую дождаться конца всех заминчиных панков и выставить свою коллекцию на продажу, те панки которые мне выпадают помимо первой десятки выставлены на площадку это номера 4944, 5852, 5366, 1676, 1833.

Мне тоже кажется что цена высока, но спрос показывает обратное… Я заминтил одного из первых панков, и еще не прошло и 3 суток с этого момента… на текущий момент 20 % уже разобрали… Мне сложно поверить что через 10 дней хоть что-то останется…

А для чего нужны эти панки? Просто чтобы били и торговались как NFT?

Если бы цена была меньше, быстрее бы панков скупили. Даже несмотря на такую высокую цену в 80$, панки уже разошлись. Хотя, вроде как такие же ценники были на панков на других более популярных блокчейнах.
