General description
This document implements the Subgovernance Update Procedure to change the membership.
Any newly added members will receive the same rights and duties that Initial Members have, including voting rights and the right to sign transactions in Subgovernance. They will be called Secondary Members.
Membership Change Details
The following members will be ADDED as Secondary Members:

Procedural Remarks
Changes will take effect immediately after a minimum of 50% + 1 vote of the authorized Subgovernance Jury votes in favor.
