General description
The goal of the SMM Sub Governence is to create an information field around the Free TON project, blog, creating news, processing information and submitting it to the community within the framework of Governance 2.0. This SubGovernence include:
News - Review of internal project news, release of new products, community development announcements, etc.
Blog - Blogging as an analogue of Medium is necessary for a project on its own domain blog.freeton.org. Articles, reviews, etc.
Content - YouTube video for main channel, livestream time frames, images for social media, rewriting, copywriting.
This document suggests the implementation of on-chain governance for the Free TON SMM as a separate interface with all the functions that the main governance platform has based on https://smm.gov.freeton.org 4
SMM Sub Governance Motivation
Content plays a very important role in our daily life, many people receive tons of information every day, news is the blood of any project.
Main goal: Dissemination of Free TON’s ideas, notification Free TON Community of what is happening around the project through useful content.

Free TON SMM Initial Members become Free TON SMM Jury with abilities to judge work provided by Free TON SMM participants.

For this Sub Governance needs a mechanism for the Renewal of Free TON SMM Contests that should be implemented, the purpose of which is to continually create new useful content for the Free TON SMM group and ensure its functionality. The description is given below.

Short description:
Creation of a blog for the Free TON community, its content and maintenance.

Motivation:
Creation of a blog for the Free TON community, in order to popularize the project news via SEO.
Requirements and tools:
- Logo and patterns;
- Use the style of Free TON (website, Surf, etc);
- Comments and likes as key features.
Evaluation criteria and winning conditions:
- Blog must have at least 30 articles or more
- Must be published and available for review
- The blog must have a personal account with the possibility of authorization
- Compliance with brand identity
- The winners should provide the original sources of blog
- Multilingual blog
- Telegram ID to prove your identity
Voting:

Jurors will vote for your submission. Jurors whose team(s) intend to participate in this contest by providing submissions of their own lose their right to vote in this contest.

Each juror will vote by rating each submission on a scale of 1 to 10 or can choose to reject or abstain.

Jurors should provide feedback to your submissions.

Duplicate, sub par, incomplete or inappropriate submissions will be rejected.

Jury rewards:
An amount equal to 5% of the sum total of all total tokens awarded to contest winners will be distributed among jurors who vote and provide feedback. This percentage will be awarded on the following basis:
The percentage of tokens awarded to the jury will be distributed based on the number of votes each juror casts.
For example, if one juror votes 50 times and another juror votes 5 times, the juror who votes 50 times will get 10 times more tokens than the juror who votes 5 times.
Feedback is mandatory in order to collect any rewards.

Free TON SMM Sub Governance Renewal Contests (FTSMMSGRC)
Short description:
The purpose of these contests (FTSMMSGRC) is to create weekly contests for weekly progress reports and reward content creators

Renewal contests - reports
Motivation:
Creation of a series of contests with weekly renewal to reward blog authors, content creators, etc within the framework of Free TON SMM Sub Governance.
Contest specification:
The launch date for FTSMMSGRC will be determined as needed. Once a week/two weeks, etc.
Evaluation criteria and winning conditions:
FTSMMSGRC will be based on the results of the submitted report applications for the period established within FTSMMSGRC.
Voting
Prior to the launch of the main jury competition, voting will take place as needed.
Reward:
The amount of remuneration according to the established table of Free TON SMM Contests budget.
Jury rewards
Each FTSMMSGRC will define the amount of jury rewards. Following the current practice, it is 5% of all distributed tokens divided by the number of juries who vote and leave meaningful feedback
