Still I don’t understand how it works your Bounty Campaign! Please can you give me a clear rules and conditions to follow? I have some confusion about 15 post on Cryptotalk and 5 post here on this forum per week…etc and also please explain me about how you select members, because I see no all members qualified to participate according to your spread shift… Thanks

I am not fully confident that I will be a happy participant in the generosity campaign. But this will not prevent me from applying and being ready for a good job.
Short description
This signature bounty campaign will be held at the three most popular crypto forums: Bitcointalk, Altcoinstalks, Cryptotalk. The Free TON will expand its boundaries and enter platforms where a huge number of people interested in cryptocurrency are gathered.

October 12, 2020 - November 8, 2020
Tasks
The signature bounty campaign will run for 4 weeks on each of the three forums: Bitcointalk, Altcoinstalks, Cryptotalk.
Active forum users who take the initiative will popularize the Free TON by means of Free TON signatures in their profiles, publishing posts in various threads, participating in discussions. For this, they will receive a reward, regarding all the rules of the campaign.
Duration
4 weeks from the launch of signature bounty campaigns.
KPIs
The following KPIs will be achieved:
- Each participant in the bounty campaign must fill out a Google form to participate. An answer spreadsheet will confirm the number of participants and show that they are real people.
- Each participant of the signature bounty campaign also must join the Free TON forum.

Welcome bonus for registering in TON Surf: 10 TON
Total number of participants: 253
The total amount: (32 950 TON + 2 530 TON) 35 480 TON / with a reserve of 50 000 TON Crystals , in case there are many people who want to take part in the campaign, including gas fee for transactions of all reward payments.

In this Subgovernance, a situation arose in which 4 out of 7 members formed a coalition and blocked the entire work.
For this reason, the transfer of the budget to finance the work of the Subgovernance for all current activities has not been completed.
Two active members Michael Shapkin and Daria Artanovkaya were unable to continue the started campaigns and make payments for 100 000 TON Crystals for the subscription bounty companies that was voted for by the initial members before.
There was a threat of loss of reputation for timely failure to pay for the company.

This is a highly misleading statement above. 
First, exclude 1 member that does not participate here. Thus, only 6 participants are parties to the conflict. 4 versus 2.
Secondly, 2 team members showed inappropriate behavior, offensive vocabulary towards other colleagues and began to ban and kick the rest of the team members from working chats.
This unworthy behavior of 2 team members (but by NO means “coalition formed”) led to a situation with a budget lock for subgovernance.
It is very good that a temporary solution has been found and payments have been made for the bounty campaign.

Temporary Suspension of Token Distribution for “Ambassadors Sub-governance”
(The “Suspension Proposal”)
Issues

At the current moment it has become apparent to the global community and to Free TON’s global governance that the recently formed and approved Ambassadors Sub-governance initiative, specifically its initial members, has/have failed to reach consensus about the direction of said sub-governance.

There has been a great deal of information provided throughout chats and other resources suggesting that this sub-governance is acting against the best interests of decentralization and the community both at large, and within, including, but not limited to, several of the initial members taking it upon themselves as a small collective to make decisions for the entirety of the sub-governance based solely on their own collusive interests, and in less severe cases, simply treating it as a means to an income in exchange for little or no reciprocity i.e., possible collusion attack + absence of meritocracy. Despite points 1 and 2 above, proposals (proposal 1 and proposal 2) were approved before token distribution to the Ambassadors Sub-governance was to take place, and prior to approval of this Suspension Proposal. As a result, 307 signature bounty campaign participants who have already completed week 1 and week 2 of their work, and who are in the process of continuing to perform for weeks 3, 4 and 5 (secondary proposal of the same nature to follow should the situation remain unresolved) have been left without compensation for their KPIs, and without motivation to continue to execute any future KPIs here.

One Michael Shapkin (@michaelshapkin), activist and one of the responsible parties for point 3 above, in his best efforts to mitigate the situation, took it upon himself to distribute 49,720 of his own tokens in order for the situation to not get out of control. Details in “Addendum” below.

In addition to points 3 and 4 above, the balance of 50K TONs plus 280 undistributed TONs (50K - 49,720) is due and owing to @michaelshapkin. The excess 280 TONs will be considered as hazard pay for Michael’s troubles.

In the event that the Ambassadors Sub-governance rectifies the aforementioned inconsistencies in the near future, the amount of 50,000 TONs specified herein (above) will be deducted from the initially approved sub-governance token distribution proposal.

If unresolved as to point 2 above on or before November 13, 2020, the current Ambassadors Sub-governance will be considered dissolved in its entirety.

The initial members of the Ambassadors Sub-governance are always welcome to reapply via a new sub-governance proposal that will have to be approved by a new vote.

This is what happen folks. I hope that it’s a good lesson learned and that it is resolved in short order. Crying shame!
Let’s be more diligent and less fussy. Please work on restoring order to this chaos. You are all extremely intelligent and very hardworking. Petty shit like this is really unbecoming of such a talented group of folks.
Love you all, but this is how things work when there are no results.
P.S. this is personal to me, because I really pushed your agenda. I hope you all don’t let me down, but more importantly, the community. They were counting on this.

I would like to propose to postpone the vote on this proposal until at least tomorrow because I am going to submit a proposal to split the Subgovernance soon.
Could you please provide more information about this situation. I think there are many community members who will be willing to defend you.

If I understand correctly, the proposal couldn’t come up with it’s actual result? Information has been provided above to back this up to some extent. Let’s hope they are able to curtail this.

This is totally offensive and abusive point of view and situation.
Ok, you wanted my point of view? Let’s get through it.
I can tell that we work in Wiki Subgovernance with Dmitry and Michael (and Ilona) as a good team; it was them who invited me to Ambassadors Subg’ team to work together with great professionals Alexandr and Daria.
Although I was moving to another city with my entire family, i was thrilled to help guys as I settle down. Everything seemed well, even there was one little conflict in team, i helped to smooth things over so we can move on to our collective goals. I am non-confrontational person and sometimes found myself between two arguing friends or groups.
We moved forward, thinking together, making calls with each other and another people, Dima was making proposals (he is very good at it!) and we discussed it and shaped. All important decisions we made together. Soon Daria started to implement her Bounty Campaign as Ambassador - because she is not only initial member but also won Ambassadors Contest Stage 1 with her Program. Michael started to help her.
And one day we noticed that somebody tried to add people who wanted to be a jury members in Amb.Subg. to a separate chat, but failed because of non-working link, and because of that people considered it as a spam (we saw comments in chat). Dima asked this guy why he did this in the first place. It turned out that Michael asked him, but didn’t tell us. Michael made himself one person who “make decisions for the entirety of the sub-governance”. The guy who created the chat took that in bad part and was aggrieved. Ok, shit happens - you can say. All you should do next time to avoid such situations - just work in team, just discuss important decisions regarding all members of subgovernance to anothers, and there will be no problem at all. And what I saw instead? Daria shouting at Ilona, showing inappropriate unacceptable behavior (her position was - we should allow everybody do everything because of decentralisation. in my opinion allowing everyone to do everything is anarchy, not decentralisation). Honestly I was shocked, there was so much aggression. But Ilona wasn’t aggressive in return, she tried to answer decently; seeing this I felt respect for her.
Next day Michael answered on my “work in team together” suggestion that it is better to work in different teams because he doesn’t want to waste time on reaching consensus.
It was sad for me, because me personally I wanted to work with them all (except shouting people - this is just disgusting to see your workmate being abused).
Sasha started trying to negotiate the conflict. But Michael said that Sasha has no right to talk and propose because “he showed no results” and kicked Sasha out of initial members’ chat. Dima was shocked, he said that it is not appropriate behavior and get enormous amount of offensive language from Daria. In the meantime Michael kicked Ilona out from initial members’ chat also. Dima left.
I was out of my mind to see all that. After all I saw I, usually neutral, came over to Dima’s side.
But anyway we needed to end a conflict somehow, because there were people in Bounty campaign that should be rewarded. Dima, Michael and Daria made a call where they should make an agreement, but when we listened to a record of it we heard Daria shouted at Dima from the very beginning. I barely could stand to listen till the end, that was extremely disgusting. How can you negotiate with the person who just constantly shouting at you? How can you work with such person? We tried our best to solve a conflict, but this is too much.
After that Ivan tried to negotiate and had a call with Michael, Ivan also was neutral, but also got abusive language. Next Ron, you get it too, you know.
And what is the best solution to get points from community after all ugliness you have done? Right, play a hero!
Say that abused side “blocked the entire work” and make payments for the campaign (understanding that good guys from Main Government return your costs anyway) even though people waited payments later:
While we tried to reach consensus for the sake of the people who should get their reward!
Now what we see? “simply treating it as a means to an income in exchange for little or no reciprocity”, “possible collusion attack”!
You know, this is just beyond all reason.
I spent my time for all this and my nerves when i just wanted to help working.
But i don’t want to spend it anymore on toxic and abusive people.
Michael, I know you possible don’t care about my attitude towards you, but… all I saw and hear I can’t undo. You blame Dima for rough words but yours thousands times worse. You say guy left because of him - but you kick out your teammates yourself, and they leave because of you. You may say I “showed no results”, but maybe it’s better to allow people work in healthy atmosphere?
I must say that Daria and Michael apologised. And for me it is enough, but in the eyes of the community you made us “a small collective with collusive interests”, that is absolutely unfair. That’s the reason I sit here and write it instead of sleeping or working.
I leave Ambassador Subgovernance.
Consider it as “self-immolation” to meet the eye.
And of course I DON’T WANT ANY “INCOME”.

I confirm that everything Anastasia said is 100% true.
I confirm that Michael makes individual decisions without the consent of the team and becomes enraged when he hears the differing opinions of his colleagues.
I confirm that Michael and Daria behaved rudely and inappropriately towards their colleagues, used obscene language, and yelled at their colleagues during calls. I have a call record and can publish it.
I confirm that Michael and Daria kicked the rest of the team from the work chats. I have screenshots of the correspondence and I can post it.
I declare that Michael is blocking the work of the team and that he is blocking the reasonable efforts of other members to split and continue the normal operation of the Ambassador Subgovernance in two separate teams.

Hi guys,
I know that you all guys have done a lot of work these days through wiki and ambassador subgovernances. No one can deny your influences on Free TON. I would say you are a little tired of working hard. Please take a rest for a few hours and try to understand each other.
I’m not that good to advise you. But as this discussion may harm the Free TON project, I just suggest you continue the discussion about this issue outside the forum and other public chats. If the discussion occurs in private and under the supervision of some guys from Free TON governance, this issue (which is really normal in every community) will be fixed very soon. You may later inform other members more about the issue and hopefully an upcoming solution.
I hope you will not find it against decentralization
