FreeTON is a decentralized internet but to expand this network freeton community need members with dedication and some full time masters for new users assisting.
So we all need a smart contract on refferal giver to rewards new users as well as user parent.
We all are free to recommend suggestions and then evaluate different ideas.

You foresaw the future, they’ve started something of this kind. The community is expanding greatly in no time it will take over from some of the forums of its kind.

Currently, there’s an ongoing signature bounty campaign on bitcointalk forum. It’s being going well and the participants are well chosen. So far so good, there’s been good result, in my opinion.
