Return all tokens from sub-governance on Giver

Intro

Many sub-governances do not show any activity at the moment. Tokens on their wallets can make market pressure and can be spent on activities that will not benefit the community.

We already have succeful returns:

Proposal

Due to the Giver reform, it is proposed to return all SubGovernances tokens back to Main Giver.

Clarifications

Sub-governances can leave tokens on their balances to close running contests (where payments are needed)

In order to continue their activities, sub-governances, after the return of funds to the giver, may request funds from the community for specific purposes/contests/activities.

Если есть такая возможность, лучше уж вернуть, но не стоит забывать что всякий труд должен быть оплачен и если кто то продолжает деятельность пусть и без видимого успеха, то должен быть вознаграждён за свой труд.

Great idea. I fully support.

That’s why I described this point. If they want to continue their activity, they should make a request from the Community via Ever DAO:

In order to continue their activities, sub-governances, after the return of funds to the giver, may request funds from the community for specific purposes/contests/activities.

We doesn’t give huge fund at once. 100K EVER was big amount and we should reform it.
Grant of 25K EVER is enough for initial developments of s-gov such as website and social networks representation.

It’s not efficient and it doesn’t make sense.
