Hope I helped many people during both M.Ludi and Depool contests, especially at the contests start. Mainly in Russian chat, but also showed little activity in English chat.
Nomination:
Roman Romanov (@RRoman_Tver): Roman, I would say, was my mentor throughout the Magister Ludi Game. He was very active in the chat, actively spreading knowledge. I think that he does not need a bright introduction, because I am sure that many people know him.
In addition, his RSquad team is strongly involved in the life of the Free TON. He is my candidate.
Can I select people then? In the contest Magister Ludi TG nicknames @Custler@RRoman_Tver@anvme@sergemedvedev@todiav@Knyazev_Platon@ustinovpro and chat admins @Dedicate_s @ Grigoriy2000. Plus you probably forgot about the DePools contest. They also need to be rewarded.
This is a very good idea, except for 1 minor flaw. The jury cannot be tasked with the things described. All the jury can do is 2 things: vote and provide feedback. That’s it. They will not compile any official lists. Someone else has to do that. They will not do any tallying. Someone else has to do that. They will not collect anyone’s addresses, and they will not deliberate on consensus. They will only score and comment. So this process needs to be somehow handled before giving anything to the jury.
Please think about how to best do that. But this is a very important proposal. I don’t think we need a jury at all and maybe this doesn’t need to be a contest. Maybe this just needs to be a proposal, such that once the community takes it upon itself to compile all of the above, and then transform this into a just a proposal, not a contest proposal, it can be put to a vote, pass, and be implemented.
Please add a post for anybody you want to nominate like I (and others) did above. Otherwise they will not get any votes/favorites. We need some amount of consensus to justify rewards. I disagree that rewards should be the same - some contributed much more than others. I agree that we should add @Roman_D. I was initially thinking this contest was for technical support, but Roman_D was extremely helpful and he qualifies based on criteria #3 alone.
Nomination: Roman_D (@Dedicate_s): Roman was extremely helpful to everyone in the contests. Based on criteria #3, he should get a very high score, IMO. Please give him some votes so he can catch up!
I support: Roman_D ( @Dedicate_s ), Sergey Zaitseff (@szaitseff), Vitaly Tkachenko ( @todiav ), Sergey Tyurin (@Custler), Roman Romanov ( @Roman_Tver ). Thank you for your help and your contribution to the validator contests!
We’d like to recognize the following people’s great services to our Korean community.
@sergemedvedev - he selflessly supported our validators to get off the ground with tonos-cli and computer basics in general. @todiav - he helped our validators reach the next level understandings. Notably, the TVM_linker and network security. @szitseff - he helped our community understand how to use GraphQL. @dedicate_s - he always promptly responded to our questions and requests day and night.
Sincere thank you to all the others who helped answer our community’s questions.
