The contest for creating new media websites has already been launched (Free TON Community). This contest is just for publishing media materials. But since the sites included in the subgovernances can request an increase in the budget, and those who are not included in the subgovernances can offer a partnership. You just need to review the original offer. I offered my own version.
- SEO site optimization is the responsibility of its owner. If the site is included in the subgovernance, then this should be under the control of the analytics. If it is a separate resource, then they should take care of it before applying for a partnership
Mate, youâre confusing 2 contests here - DePR and informational websites.
The one youâre linking to is aimed to support the existing resources (see the specs), this one is aimed on the new ones.
I think the competition is well designed. Will it be adopted within the specified time frame?
This one is for old resources. But will new people be able to participate? 30 articles in 30 days, without preparation and pre-prepared material can not be mastered. Maybe it will be more transparent if resources that are not part of the sub-governments request a partner offer? And those who have a partnership agreement or are part of a sub-management, will request a bonus according to the KPIs made. I will definitely vote yes. Moreover, it will be transparent, according to the idea of decentralization and blockchain, as well as community policy.
This contest is ideal for both new sites and existing ones. Its criteria allow both new and old players to enter the game. Lone players may have to form teams together. In general, this will give us new information resources with a long-term development perspective. And this competition is only the first stage. I suggest considering it as a first step. I agree that the site should be well optimized for SEO, but I suggest not to take into account any ratings for the first stage.
The 20/10 concept looks real within the current contest. We can extend the contest period by one week.
I think that idea about KPI and views is not about this competition. What KPI we want to see for new site? This is theme for another contest.
I agree that Free TON should support appearance of more types/formats of informational websites. At the same time this contest looks a bit premature now taking into the account ongoing first news and informational websites contest as well as DePress2 contest. The best way to move forward efficiently to do it in stages, when we use previous experience for new contests design.
