As far as I get it, guys are working ok by themselves, thus, they can easily integrate TON in their products, work for a while and get back with results - user stats, amounts etc.
In this case, IMHO, the community will treat such a proposal having a better picture.

I of course think this is not good business practice, and I certainly do hope this doesn’t happen (it can affect any further distributions of TONs), but I am in no position to dictate to a business how they should run it.
Here’s what I see: 30K up front for integration. Total cap of 100K. Plenty of data to support this risk. All things considered I feel this is a very drastic change and reduction in TONs from the original proposal and it’s more than fair.
If I could vote I would say yes.
