Micro intro
Being the center of a very stupid ‘scandal’ based on a tremendousely silly analytics (yes, I did sell TON, that is true!) and having enjoyed a pretty violante circus, an idea came to my mind - why am I doing this? I hoped that I can bring more good being a part of the subgov.
But after seeing how a potentially (see below) corrupted initial member makes proposals to remove jury members for strict judging or a mistake, I have come to a conclusion that this ship can sail without me. I really have no enjoyment in being a part of such a show.
Please, accept my rejection from WD Subgov.
Thanks and cheers!
P.S. The into will be removed from the proposal in gov-interface.

Proposal
Motivation
Violation of voting procedure: jurors, their team members or friends who participate in contests lose their right to vote.
Initial member Nikita Inshakov (TG @Riemann), address 0:cf04e2a ···· 27dc360c9
Jury member Oleg Lyskin (TG @meh8er), address 0:9bab084 ···· b1788d875
Basis
In ‘Explanation Video’ contest 3 submissions were made from one wallet address which mean they belong to 1 person - Everscale Explorer. It is OK to have multi-accounts or mult-submissions, the contestant played by the rules.
These are the submissions:
42
TG user @val6666
43
TG user @val6666
83
TG user @diezu
Again, the users might be different but the wallet is one for all. Thus, the submissions are considered to belong to 1 contestant.
You can take a look at votes and comments of the mentioned jury members - they are fixed in blockchain forever. 10 points everywhere. But it’s OK to enjoy someone’s work so much and give it a 10. Only if it’s not a friend of yours.
Friends be friends
Let’s take a look at the owner of submissions 42 and 43 on Google Drive.
It is Карл Боксян (Karl Boksyan).
What does Facebook tell us about Nikita and Karl ?
Friends are hidden for non-friends. Assuming that Nikita and Karl know each other we would like to see - maybe some ‘likes’ can be found, this information is public.
And what do we see?
That definitely says it for Nikita. There are not many rules in contests yet but one and only that’s there - has been violated.
But what about Oleg? Maybe he is just a jury member that has been selected by voting of initial members? He knows none and just listens to his heart? I have a screen from WD initials chat where Nikita presents Oleg but I won’t be sharing it as it’s a closed chat. After all. Interested parties can ask them directly.
After the video contest there is also a transaction of 1 000 TON from Nikita to Oleg
Is it also a coincidence?
Conclusions
While the mechanics of jury work, set of rules and general principles are still in the works and there is a long road ahead, jury members should respect those rules which are present. Upvoting submissions of friends is unacceptable.
Proposal
Exclude mentioned jury members from Web & Design Subgovernance.
