About FREE TON SHOP:

FREE TON SHOP is bot-based Telegram store promoting Free TON brand through labeling and printing various pictures with Free TON name and related symbolic on merch. Our merch is sold throughout Free TON community, Telegram blockchain related channels and other social media like Instagram and Facebook.

KPI (initial commitment)

We are targeting all major blockchain related sites, communities and forums in order to attract buyers to our merch and Free TON. Considering a direct link – “to buy” will take the interested party to Surf, the conversion results will be clearly tracked.

We estimate the promotion and marketing expenses to reach the targeted audience at $15,000 per month, of course the conversion ratio will grow with the audience of Free TON.

  • Total active project buyers: 200,000
  • Initial token request: 60,000 TON Crystals - for PR and promotion of Free TON, FREETONSHOP and compensation of admin and promoters
  • Additional tokens based on the following KPI: 100,000 Tons for every 50,000 new users brought to Free TON network thru Surf.

FREE TON SHOP undertakes to promote Free TON among the best of social media.

Goal achievement toolset

Products can only be purchased by Tons, as community and demand grows, the line of products will also expand, through:

  • We are planning to launch various promotions across the on-line social media to promote FREETONSHOP, by thus Free TON
  • We will co-sponsor events to promote Free TON and our SHOP
  • We will work on co-branding Free TON and FREETONSHOP and collaborate with fashion designers and celebrities to promote our brands
  • We will make donations to communities and development groups to popularize our products and promote Free TON
  • We are investing in digital gifts that will be given out to community in a form of rewards for various contests and promotions
  • We will create digital merch, as well as on chain auctions and a lottery, to heat up the interest of the community

Localization

Localization of the project in new markets so that more countries become aware of it and respectively so will the interest in the TON Crystal grow as a result. We are planning to implement the project in Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic and other languages.

  • Bounty Campaign : Channel and chat administrators and referrers will receive tokens for performing simple tasks.
  • Contests and giveaways : Conducting events, contests, quests, etc. among buyers and project partners.

Numbers

  • Total active projected buyers: 200 000 (We are positioned to reach 500,000 in 2021.)

Hi Alex! We launched the production of goods this week and hope to start delivering different items from 1 to 3 weeks from now. That is why we are not asking for a payment now, but simply taking pre-orders. Once the item you ordered is ready, we will be in touch with you regarding delivery.

Free Ton Shop - 1 year later

Introduction

Free Ton Shop - a merch store for Free TON ecosystem, celebrates its first anniversary since its launch last October. We would like to give an overview of this period and clearly formulate the development strategy for the future.

Currently, we have a permanent staff of 8 employees, each of whom is responsible for its own block: advertising, communication with customers, shipping, creation of new collections, PR and marketing, as well an analysis of competitors and our target audiences.

Improving Usability

During the first 6 months of operations, our bot was constantly refined, new functions and programs were added: referral program, bonus system, expansion of capabilities of the basket, supply of up-to-date information to its users.

A global bot redesign has been underway since August of 2021, now there will be no transitions to third-party channels with goods, all actions will take place within the bot, an easier-to-use activation system for TON Surf is being added, as well as the use of a plugin for an easier way to pay for goods within the store. We also initiated a process of linking our store to DeBot.

Expansion of the product line

When opening the store a year ago, our line featured T-shirts, cups, hoodies, caps, socks, badges and stickers. At the same time, 7 versions of various prints were presented.

Today the store is represented by: hoodies, T-shirts, caps, mugs, bracelets, nights, masks, trinkets, toys, coins, popsockets, phone cases. At the same time, in some positions, the print series reaches 12 different options. Also, at the opening of the store last year, we had problems with the delivery dates, this issue had been fixed, since then, no such problems arose.

PR and Marketing on Social Networks

Currently our store is presented on the following social networks: Telegram channels, including 2 chat rooms in Russian and English, as well is on Instagram and TikTok.

Since launch, 26 auctions and 14 surveys have been conducted in Telegrams groups to study our target audience, 39 quizzes to increase interest and the knowledge of Free TON. Total number of posts 330. Every month we conduct promotions on third-party channels to attract new users to both Free TON and the shop.

Over 100 posts have been posted on Instagram totaling over 500. This account was created to educate newcomers about what is happening in our community, how to instal and use the wallet, how to win tokens and in general about the life of the Free TON.

Promotions have been held on various channels both inside and outside of our community:

130 channels on Telegram were covered, with a total of 283,000 shows.

More than 15 advertising campaigns on Instagram, as well as 4 public promotions and through 5 thematic bloggers. With total volume of shows more than 50.000

Over 400 pieces of merch (over 24 000 TON Crystals worth) were used as giveaways in these promotions to attract new users.

Advertising expenses for the entire period were over 67 000 TON Crystals (that was way over the advertising budget requested in our partnership).

Our participation in various events

We were one of the key organisers of the main event of this year - the 1 year anniversary of Free Ton, the stand of the shop was presented. We gave away t-shirts and baseball caps to all the working staff to represent Free TON. We also prepared gift bags with merch.

We held a booth for our shops at several poker tournaments. Developed and produced merch and handout for AIBC in Dubai. We are now preparing merch for the AIBC event in Malta.

Within the framework expanding our production and partnerships, we also interacted and created merch for the events for: PokerTon - 5 events, AEC awards - 2 events, Chess game, Grand Bazaar, Free TON House, Tree TON and Russian Entrepreneur Movement.

Partners

We are currently in cooperation with 9 community partners. Each has its own collection of goods, with corporate prints and special names of goods and/or special design.

PokertoN - play sets for poker, table covers, cards, t-shirts, sweatshorts, baseball caps and much more.

Tree Ton - our charity program - up to 25% of the sales of this collection we transfer to the tree planting fund.

AEC Awards - our first digital collection, where everyone can try on space positions from our partner (will be presented in an updated version of the bot)

Free Ton House - designed a unique collection of hoodies on lightning and shortened hoodies (will be presented after the rebranding of the project)

TON Labs - developed and designed merch for the team building project in Belgrade, Serbia

Grand Bazar - Designed and produced merch for the team of the project

DiFi Alliance - created and delivered various types of merch and gifts for giveaway at WOW Summit in Dubai

World of Dogs - development and design of merch

Free TON Academy - development, design and manufacturing of merch

The purpose of this report is to deliver to our community the following facts:

Our shop has proven to be one of the top resources in our community to attract new people to Free TON.
We have spent more than double (agreed too in our Partnership proposal) amount of pre-agreed too advertising budget to promote Free TON and our shop
We have been absolutely transparent in providing quarterly updates/reports at the request of the Initials Members

As many of the partners of Free TON, we are now faced with the re-branding issue, this issue in small reflects on our bot and the website, in large, considering that all of our merch is branded with Free TON logos, we now have a large stock of merch that can no longer be sold due to rebranding.

Therefore, our past investment, our contribution and commitment to the community, we respectfully request the following to help rebuild an important contributor to our community:

70,000 TON Crystals for PR and Marketing of the New Brand through proven channels
30,000 TON Crystals to replace current stock to newly branded
