It has been widely used and feedback has been great from users in the community. In order to remunerate initial investors on the TonSeed platform, and cover future running costs, we seek funding for the total amount of 1437 TON Crystals.
Funding Request
The project raised 602.99 TONs through TonSeed to cover development costs. This amount needs to be returned to funders + rewards. In total 1139 TONs. (Can be seen in the project page, by clicking the tab “Supported By” and downloading the “Lists of voters” document).
In addition, the hosting of the Bot for the next year should cost 132 TONs (5$ per month).
Maintenance costs should be an additional amount of 266 TONs for the next year.

Community members from all over the world can easily know when events and zoom calls are.
Also, the bot contains a “Brought to you by Free TON” text with a link to Free TON chat, in every message. Thus marketing Free TON in other groups who use the bot.

These are two different things.
The dear supporters funded the development on TonSeed, they will get back their money + their reward through tonseed.
This is a request from Free TON to recognize the value of the project and what was accomplished.
It’s true though, that most of the tokens requested would go to the supporters, as this is a non profit project that does no generate revenue, the only way to return those funds is through a partnership proposal.
Free TON does not give grants for development, but it can give tokens for results.
That’s why TON Seed was used to fund development. Once the proposal is accepted, I will be able to return the money + reward to the initial supporters.
