I have already shared the proof of txid sent from Hackernoon as I am two times winner on Hackernoon and they sent me awards for both winnings. It is highly competitive to be selected so I think frustration is there to him even though he is not a winner but venting frustration for not receiving the prizes.

I did not understand who is right here from the disputing parties. I also won a prize in the last contest. So I will be able to find out from my own experience whether the statements of the disputing parties are justified. So far, the editors have not contacted me about the prize.
In general, I think this partnership is very useful for the project. The same applies to the publication contest.

Notes on The Decentralized Internet Writing Competition
The total number of stories submitted was 261.
However, some could not pass the editorial review process and the number of Stories Published in Q4 on the Decentralized Internet Writing Contest is 123.
This is an increase in 10% of stories published QoQ and a 67% increase over the last 6 months.
The total number of reading time generated (cumulative), now stands at 320.46 days.
This means that over the last 9 months, 1.2 minutes of reading time was created for every one minute of time.
The stories were read by a total of 568,276 individuals.
