In the neverending fight for network governance excellence we propose to update the list of the governance members.
Issues

Korean Subgovernance Kilox Team: The primary representative, Min, violated the provisions described in the DoD.

The Moon Team has undergone internal reorganization, and as such, the public keys are no longer applicable.
Proposal

Replace Min and Kilox Team with Byeong Seon Choi as the representative from the Korean Community and change the keys respectively. Byeong Seon Choi is a strong representative for the Korean community and supported the network and provided the enormous help with a recent incident.

Update the public keys for Moon Team.
