Proposal: Free TON Vietnam Subgovernance

Introduction

Vietnam’s population is 90 million people while a huge part of it is interested in or holding some crypto-currencies. 2020 Global Crypto Adoption Index compiled by blockchain data analytics firm Chainalysis placed Vietnam in top 10 countries by crypto-currency adoption.

Our goal is to popularize Free TON among the cryptocurrency and blockchain community of Vietnam. Knowing local trends and cultural differences, we are able to promote mass adoption of TON Crystal within the target audience relaying core values of decentralized governance of Free TON.

Our team members are crypto enthusiasts, investors, developers, traders, administrators and have been active members of Vietnamese crypto-community for over 10 years. During this period of time we were able to launch and promote public and closed groups for crypto-enthusiasts, traders and investors.

  1. Free TON has no remuneration. This is not a term that is used in a decentralized community. It is a meritocracy. Bring something, get something. Tokens are distributed against merit only. There will NEVER be any salaries in Free TON… EVER! We do not pay people to work. We give tokens for having contributed something.
  2. Social media, etc. is free to set up
  3. This is not how sub-govs are formed. First form the actual group that is wholly dedicated to Free TON in Telegram (or wherever). Then grow and deliver something tangible (usually takes months). Have all your social media already set up and show the community activity, i.e., work toward the benefit of the Free TON community and show that something is happening and that people are coming to Free TON and helping it grow. You can add to other sub-govs, write apps (everything is open sourced), promote Free TON through your social media accounts, and basically show the community that something is already being done. Only then is there a need for a sub-governance proposal.
  4. I think people have gotten the wrong impression of what a sub-governance is. Allow me to explain.

A sub-governance is not a country based group. It is a work and deliverables based group. The word “governance” is not to be confused with “government” or with a country. It is meant to create something unique that the whole community can benefit from; otherwise, it’s just an attempt at a token grab which WILL NOT HAPPEN. Free TON is not a company and doesn’t “remunerate” anyone.

Yes there are a few country sub-govs like Korea, China and Latin America (Mexico for the time being); however, this is strictly due to their very specific cultural norms in which they are essentially, to some extent, economies unto themselves. They have certain customs and language barriers that preclude them from being able to participate globally, for example, having certain apps blocked in China, or social customs that are idiosyncratic to Korea.

Having said that, do I think Vietnam falls into a category that is similar to China or Korea, whereby there are certain cultural, language and customs that create some difficulties to be injected into the global community? Perhaps. So maybe start with trying to bridge those barriers through your chat first, and then we can talk about forming your own sub-gov. Sub-govs are not just formed on a whim. This proposal is premature.

Let’s see some action and see what you can do for Free TON as a group, and then if the value is evident, then make your proposal.

Hello,

We followed the TON project for a long time, but unfortunately, due to the conflict with the SEC, it never took place, and we are glad that the FreeTON team has developed the technology to continue it. We have also observed and studied FreeTON over the past few months. Having studied the FreeTON, we see this project as very interesting, and we have the capabilities that requires for promote Free TON ecosystem in Vietnam.

Once again, briefly about the Vietnam market:
87 million population and 3rd place in terms of crypto turnover in Asia, after China and Singapore. Our market is always interested in new players and its 80% of traders use telegram for communication and trading and also tend to trust the product whose first developers were also the developers of the telegram.

We have been in the crypto industry for many years now and have established ourselves among the Vietnamese community. Our group consists of professionals in their field who have proven their competence among the Vietnamese community. We already have all the tools to create and promote subgaverance of FreeTON such as top telegram channels and chats, where we are authorities; professional skills in teaching, running events and software development.

Vietnam, like many other countries, has its own specifics. The threshold for people to enter new projects also depends on it. Considering this fact, and the fact that the population of Vietnam is much larger than many countries, and also due to the fact that we are the 3rd largest cryptocurrency turnover in Asia, we believe that it is necessary to create a Vietnam subgaverance of FreeTON by already established community leaders.

We are ready to join your community, meet online, discuss the real need to create a Vietnam subgaverance of FreeTON in the next AMA session or other meetup

As for the reward in TON crystals, we plan to use all 100% without our own benefit, to implement the plan to build and promote the sub gaverance. The TON crystals will be used to reward our members for their actual work and contribution to the development of the FreeTON ecosystem.

There is a lot of emotional overtones and little constructiveness in your answers, you did not carefully study the Free Ton Vietnam community, their capabilities, experience and qualifications. Take a little more time, explore their chats, the very crypto community of Vietnam

This is not just a news site, it will also include admin area, SEO tools, blog sections, FAQ, support ,free ton descriptions with videos, and other content . If you look at the cumulative prizes of other contests, you will see that many of them are higher than the requested amount.
