There is no support members in this subgovernance and it can be banned in India due their neighbour country (Pakistan) involvement.

Free ton is an open network, so banning is impossible though people of pakistan are also innocent. Anyone can work collaboratively with pakistan citizens. No objection.

Active, where?

It’s been almost two and a half months since they got the fund from the main governance for their Phase-1A implementation but since then community doesn’t receive any update from this passive governance.

Summary:

The engine of this subgovernance is assembled poorely that hasn’t started yet.

They are doing nothing even after the 81 day of the fund credited.

Main Governance should start distribution of low budget partnership directly with community users (10,000 TON not 100,000 TON).

  1. The BIG one - Contests - with up to 30,000 TON crystals in prizes

In alignment with our efforts to decentralize all activities at the earliest, we need ambassadors/specialists/advocates for the Free TON India community. Towards this end, to incentivize learning about Free TON and more importantly participate in our growth, we’re suggesting a series of contests for the following:

I. Blogging and Content Creation - Create 1500+ word content pieces on the applicability of Free TON Blockchain and the Free TON dApps in the real-world scenarios, activities, and events. Desirous participants can submit their submissions via this form and stand to win the following rewards every month:

  1. First Prize (Outstanding Content) - 1000 TON
  2. Second Prize - 750 TON
  3. Consolation Prize - 500 TON
  4. Most Viral Content (Month) - 500 TON

II. Graphics/Videos and Memes/GIF Creation - Create mascots, banners, and illustrations for our blogs and social media posts. These shall be rewarded on an acceptability basis as per the following below and desirous participants can submit their submissions via this form and stand to win:

  1. Per accepted graphic - 50 TON
  2. Per accepted illustration - 100 TON
  3. Per accepted Video - 200 TON

III. Student Ambassadors - Only college students are eligible to participate. Each application shall be reviewed by the main team individually and the number of ambassadors selected shall be derived on the basis of region, population density, and skill set required. The skeletal criteria are as follows:

  1. North India - 3
  2. South India - 5
  3. Central India - 2
  4. East India - 5
  5. West India - 2
  6. Outside India - 5
  7. Stewards - 3

IV. Partnership Advocates - These shall be Free TON advocates that present and help conclude partnerships with companies/organizations/trusts/NGOs based in the Indian Subcontinent. These shall be paid 1500 TON for every successful partnership concluded successfully due to their efforts

  1. Partnerships and Use-cases - A partnership with Chatex was grandfathered into the proposal due to the wonderful acceptance of Vlada and Kira into Indian SubG. We’re also in discussions with small-scale local clothes/merch-makers to make merch that can be purchased via TON crystals. More updates on this to follow. We’re also speaking to a few online gaming portals to enable people to earn/win TON in the skill-based mobile gaming Indian ecosystem

  2. Misses/Losses - We (mostly, I), have been a bit hesitant on becoming more active in the Indian telegram community due to the dilemma of whether to make a new one or continue building on the one that already exists. This doubt has been cleared by the advice of the wonderful trio of Roman, Ben, and the swanky AF, Ron. We’ll be more active on the Telegram channel from now on - to answer your questions, take your feedback, and work together constructively.

You were absent over a month to respond users queries so it’s obvious that public would have questions about a non-performing prepaided subgovernance!
We hope that now all the funds will be distributed honestly to grow indian community here in the free ton ecosystem.
I’ll be ready to contribute if this subgovernance is really powered by community to empower community in a more distributed and decentralised approach.

This stage involves the services of one full-time graphic designer, one content developer, and one marketer.

The tools purchased for these activities are Loomly and native ads on the respective platforms.

Stage 2: This stage involves diversification of activities to include the second set of communities that need to be built. Simultaneously, it shall also involve the identification and onboarding of specialists from each of these platforms into the ‘dojo’. The dojo is an internship program where these specialists shall learn about Free TON for 1 month before being handed the reins to the respective platforms.

It’s time for action and now everyone wants an active subgovernance of India.

We should also launch a contest in indian subgovernance to present ourselves in the AIBC Summit in Malta on 15-19 Nov 21 in the same manner as Analytics and Support Subgovernance and other ones are preparing for the special event.

In the original proposal for the Indian SubGovernance, we had forgotten to add in the wallet address that would receive the tokens on withdrawal for disbursals in consonance with the mandates.
