You were absent over a month to respond users queries so it’s obvious that public would have questions about a non-performing prepaided subgovernance!
We hope that now all the funds will be distributed honestly to grow indian community here in the free ton ecosystem.
I’ll be ready to contribute if this subgovernance is really powered by community to empower community in a more distributed and decentralised approach.

We’re going vote on the token withdrawal along the lines provided below for reference.

Once this is done, we’ll start accepting applications from all those who want to participate for the growth of Free TON in the Indian Subcontinent (this includes India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal, and last but not least - our friends from Afghanistan). Token Request Plan:

Stage 1: Under this stage, the most popular social media platforms (big-4) shall be built and populated with content with the sole aim of promoting the website and inviting users to come blog on the platform. This stage involves the services of one full-time graphic designer, one content developer, and one marketer.

The tools purchased for these activities are Loomly and native ads on the respective platforms.

Stage 2: This stage involves diversification of activities to include the second set of communities that need to be built. Simultaneously, it shall also involve the identification and onboarding of specialists from each of these platforms into the ‘dojo’. The dojo is an internship program where these specialists shall learn about Free TON for 1 month before being handed the reins to the respective platforms.

Contests/Growth Activities (Budget: 30,000 TON)

In alignment with our efforts to decentralize all activities at the earliest, we’ll need to get ambassadors/specialists/advocates for the Free TON India community. Towards this end, to incentivize learning about Free TON and more importantly participate in our growth, we’re suggesting a series of contests for the following:

  1. Blogging and Content Creation - Create 1500+ word content pieces on the applicability of Free TON Blockchain and the Free TON dApps in the real world scenarios, activities, and events. Desirous participants can submit their submissions via this form and stand to win the following rewards every month:

  2. First Prize (Outstanding Content) - 1000 TON

  3. Second Prize - 750 TON

  4. Consolation Prize - 500 TON

  5. Most Viral Content (Month) - 500 TON

  6. Graphics/Videos and Memes/GIF Creation - Create mascots, banners, and illustrations for our blogs and social media posts. These shall be rewarded on acceptability basis as per the following below and desirous participants can submit their submissions via this form and stand to win:

  7. Per accepted graphic - 50 TON

  8. Per accepted illustration - 100 TON

  9. Per accepted Video - 200 TON

  10. Student Ambassadors - Only college students are eligible to participate. Each application shall be reviewed by the main team individually and the number of ambassadors selected shall be derived on the basis of region, population density, and skill set required. The skeletal criteria are as follows:

  11. North India - 3

  12. South India - 5

  13. Central India - 2

  14. East India - 5

  15. West India - 2

  16. Outside India - 5

  17. Stewards - 3

  18. Partnership Advocates - These shall be Free TON advocates that present and help conclude partnerships with companies/organizations/trusts/NGOs based in the Indian Subcontinent. These shall be paid 1500 TON for every successful partnership concluded successfully due to their efforts

It’s time for action and now everyone wants an active subgovernance of India.

We should also launch a contest in indian subgovernance to present ourselves in the AIBC Summit in Malta on 15-19 Nov 21 in the same manner as Analytics and Support Subgovernance and other ones are preparing for the special event.

In the original proposal for the Indian SubGovernance, we had forgotten to add in the wallet address that would receive the tokens on withdrawal for disbursals in consonance with the mandates.

There were a total of 9 votes received which points to a lower than expected engagement.

This is why we’re moving towards trickle-up efforts (also called a grassroots campaign) by directly partnering up with colleges and universities to host seminars.

The first one chosen is Chandigarh University and shall be led by @MBM.

We’re meeting tomorrow to hash out the final action items but here are the things already in motion:

  1. Virtual Hackathon to build a dApp on FreeTON (Prizes worth 5000 TON to be won)
  2. Educational Seminar on-campus to onboard ambassadors
  3. Treasure-hunt and a virtual economic-incentivization game to help students earn Free TON
  4. Merch for volunteers

We’ll post more details on Sat/Sun once we have finalized the other logistical items.

How to participate?
What type of digital skills are required?
This subgovernance is very dull. There is no active member, no idea, no development and not even a bit of growth.
Why this subgovernance isn’t giving any option of rewards for active Free TON members?
We need activities and growth of network in required time which was only 2 month and they are taking years to do that bit of growth.
