The main purpose of this subgovernance will be to attract new francophone people to the project. IT-trends in the French blockchain community differ from global traditional platforms. We will launch special French promotion contests to promote the community correctly with a full understanding of culture, trends, and relevance in francophone countries. We will attract new users and will be able to develop Free TON in many countries at the same time to provide more decentralization. Also, we will work with the already existing Free TON France community.

Decentralized Contest
Decentralized Contest (“DC”) will be the engine of the French community. The goal of Decentralized Contest Proposal (“DCP”) is to design a powerful community that builds itself autonomously. All DCs must adhere to the Governance Best Practice (“GBP”) guidelines.
On behalf of the Korean community, we wish you the best in your future endeavor. Similar to BFT protocols, we believe that the decentralized communities do not always need to be 100% perfect to successfully fulfill its functions. We look forward to partnering with your community in the near future.
Hey, guys. What a pleasure to see French sub governance emerge. Full support of course! My two cents on this would be that the proposal is a bit vague. From what the community is learning the better way is to decrease the initial ask for the first month / phase (I would rec 100,000k tons, that’s the latest guidance), which would be used for the initial kick-off (jury, base infrastructure, translations ) etc. After one month of operations you would get a better idea of what could be done practically and clarify the ask. It could be noticeably bigger than the initial allocation because it would be against a much more specific proposal / clearer plan and deliverables.

Просматривал файл global proposal на gov.freeton.org (#101 Free Ton French subgovernance proposal) на предмет запрошенных бюджетов
I think this is a mistake in count in the last release version of the proposal because we requested 108.836. Will fix it after 1 stage. And you are right for the second stage budget will be 270k for all contests and promotions.
