Introduction
Hello everybody! As promised, in continuation of this post, we present our new vision and detailed roadmap for Free TON Esports 2.0.
I want to say thanks again to the all, who took an active part in the development of old Esports Subgovernance.
But now, it’s time for change, large-scale reforms and powerful breakthrough actions.
We propose to create Free TON Esports Subgovernance 2.0 in order to achieve all the goals described in our roadmap below.
We have formed a new team. All members are professionals and people of action, not words. We guarantee that we will do our best to complete all commits.
The Free TON Esports Subgovernance 2.0 will be hugely more effective than the previous one and solve much larger tasks and goals.
We want to add, that we will accept any help and consider any wishes, complaints and suggestions from community members who were not included in this Subgovernance. If the proposals are real, rational and aimed at popularizing the Free TON, then we will be happy to cooperate with such people.
Motivation & Goals
The gamers community is huge and very loyal to cryptocurrencies. Gamers are our primary audience, which is ready for anything new.
Promotion through free and non-free tournaments in various disciplines has already been tested earlier and gave good results
Many Esport resources have already integrated blockchain into their projects. The Game industry is ready for Free TON.

The main goals of the Free TON Esports Subgovernance 2.0

Attracting and retaining new users to Free TON through Esports. Active regular users, who will become a part of community

Complex and structural development of all Esports block , and not just holding the tournaments as it was before.

Current and new users recruited by us will spend tokens in the TON ecosystem using our new Free TON League Platform. Previously, players had no alternatives to withdrawing to fiat.Some examples of token usage mechanics:

The Free TON Esports Subgovernance 2.0 initial members become the Free TON Esports Subgovernance 2.0 jury.
Additionally, the composition of the jury can be obtained by holding the Free TON Esports Subgovernance 2.0 jury selection contest.
Contest proposals
Also we are planning to launch contests on extra features implementations, onchain games. Every contest is organized using proposal. Initial members will vote for it or against it. Decision to start a contest or not is made by results of SMV (Soft Majority Voting) consensus of initial members.
Jury voting
The best decision and the prize places of the competition is made by voting of the jury. The jury is selected by the initials SMV-consensus during the Free TON Esports Subgovernance 2.0 jury selection contest.
Jury Selection
Free TON Esports Subgovernance 2.0 jury selection contest is a special contest where people from the community post their own candidatures to become a Jury.
Only the initial members of the subgovernance can vote for each candidate or against, regardless of what competition is currently being held and whether there are other jurors or not.
Main Goal achievement toolset and Road Map
We have mind map for the year. But the current request and commits for the first quarter.
In the first quarter we make a platform and conduct effective tournaments, the next quarter - negotiations about events, the next quarter - teams, offline events, etc.
Until the Free TON League Platform is ready, most of the mechanics do not make sense (large and expensive events, etc.).In the first quarter, we will focus on platform development
Tournament organization, and prize pool distribution

We will also continue to hold free weekly amateur tournaments in classic disciplines, which will be organized and managed by community members.
The prize pool in tournaments will be 50-200 TON depending on the number of participants. The expected number of players at each event is from 40 to 160 participants. The minimum withdrawal amount will be 10 TON. Tournaments with entry fees (1-10 TON) will be held once a month
