Short description
This is the first contest to be run by the Free TON DevOps sub-governance initial members. The goal of this contest is to find at least 10 jurors to perform the functions described below. Free TON DevOps sub-governance jury contest will be run on a constant basis.

Goal
The goal of the contest is to find DevOps engineers who will vote for submissions of the contests of the Free TON DevOps sub-governance.
Contest submission requirements
Applicants must provide a curriculum vitae that demonstrates the following:
- Understanding of blockchain technologies
- DevOps skills:
- Operating systems administration
- Scripting
- Security
- Databases
- Configuration Management
- Logging/monitoring
- Container technologies
- Programming base
- Build/compile tools
- Packaging/release management
- Basic knowledge of performance testing
- Experience with one or more cloud service providers
- Understanding of the decentralized governance
- Open-source development experience
- Name of the organizations/companies they are working for
- Social network identities (Telegram, LinkedIn, Github)
Rights and duties
The duties of the Free TON DevOps Jury members are the following:
- every jury have to judge all of the contests proposals they are not participating in
- evaluate contests submissions based on in-depth review, including code execution, analysis and testing if needed
- assess the application on a scale of 1-10 based on assessment criteria defined in the contest proposal
- should provide constructive feedback in the appropriate field describing the reasoning behind their score
- should ask for help of other juries if advice is needed
- must be honest and tactful
- judge submissions based on content only, without any personal bias
The Free TON DevOps Jury members can’t participate in contest voting if they applied submission from themselves or organisation they belong to.
Juries who don’t follow rights and duties can be excluded from a jury.
Procedural remarks
Participants must correctly upload their applications to the Free TON DevOps Jury contest (in PDF format) in order for the jurors to view them. If the application can’t be open or is submitted in the wrong format, the candidate will be rejected by the jury.
Participants must submit their applications before the deadline of the contest. If the application is submitted late, it will be rejected.
One person can’t make more than one submission.
All submissions must include the contestant’s social network identity, a Telegram ID, Github ID, Linkedin by which jurors can verify that the submission belongs to the individual who submitted it. ​If not, the submission may be rejected.
Any juror may approach any applicant via Telegram and appoint an interview or ask several questions in writing to clarify any facts given in the application. The rejection to give an interview or to answer the questions can affect the score.
Each contestant that wins and becomes a juror will receive 50 Tons as a welcome bonus.
