Although a big part of the use-cases in China are backed by the Chinese government and based on centralized networks, decentralized projects are also gaining momentum.
In view of that, we propose to establish Free TON Chinese Sub Governance with the following goals in mind:
educate on the values of decentralized blockchain network,
raise awareness of Free TON among the Chinese audience through influencers,
expand the Chinese user-base of Free TON,
activate integration partnerships with Chinese companies to generate use-cases,
drive the adoption of Free TON in China.

As I understand it, negotiations with media platforms are scheduled for the third month.
As you are all well aware, the Chinese Subgovernance with 11 active initial members was officially launched on January 12th.
Unfortunately, due to some technical problems connected with China’s Firewall and difficult accessibility to the Free TON website and TON Surf app in China, the Chinese Subgovernance could not collect the majority of valid signatures from its initial members.
Eventually it led to the initial budget of the Subgov (100k TONs) being frozen on the multisig wallet that nobody has access to.
Despite this fact, we have already made significant efforts to promote Free TON in China:
we translated 22 articles about Free TON into Chinese language (here you can see the examples: https://news.freetonchina.com/ )
we are planning to launch a massive Awareness campaign for Free TON tailored to the traditional Chinese New Year Festival (Feb 8-12th).
We kindly ask you to create a new multisig wallet for us and once again provide us with the initial amount of tokens requested initially (which is 100k TONs), so that we could organize the Free TON Chinese New Year Event and continue raising awareness of Free TON in China.
The renewed list of our initial members you can see enclosed. Before making this list we have insured that every initial member has permanent access to TON Surf and freeton.org.
Nevertheless, we suggest that prior to transferring the whole budget batch to our new multisig wallet, the technical team of Free TON help us perform the Satoshi test and transfer a test batch of 1 TON to our wallet to verify our voting mechanism.
In case the initial multisig wallet is restored, all its tokens will be returned to the Giver.

Yes, of course. It’s understandable and I’m well aware of this mishap. All new sub-governances should always run a Satoshi Test before the main batch of tokens are sent out.
Conclusion: we made an experiment in China and it proved to be successful. Free TON will indeed have great interest in China and the potential opportunities for massive education (teenagers, students, millenial gen) !

TON Surf cannot be used in China (Firewall, Appstores, language, interface)
Extraton has no mobile version. Mobile users in China – over 60%
Free TON is not listed on any of the Chinese exchanges
PLANS FOR THE NEXT 1-2 MONTHS:
To retain the Chinese users who joined us during the Chinese New Year Campaign, we need to complete all the Free TON infrastructure for China to make it more user-friendly for the Chinese users.

OUR REQUEST:
In order to accelerate our efforts for Free TON adoption in China, we need to deploy the 2nd & the 3rd batch requested initially, namely: 400,000 TONs.
You held a contest by invitation to the telegram group. so the number of users appeared! Many pays for foreigners you refused to pay (although they invited friends).
This leads to the not-so-pretty fame of freeton. although there were some who really cheated
This time it was merely an experiment, we didn’t anticipate such interest to that campaign, that is why some rules/mechanics are not perfect, I agree.
Initially the goal of this campaign is to attract more users from China, rather than to give free tokens to everybody (meaning non-Chinese users).
