SubGov Solution/Idea:
May be reached through the third-party dispute resolution, that:
— Provides the comprehensive situation vision as the impartial
witness to prevent the pressure paired with any misconceptions,
to reduce psychological distress, confusion, running with it futher,
developing and distributing on a mass scale through all the media.
What is Arbitration?
- Arbitration is a way to resolve disputes outside of court.
- No jury or judge is present in an arbitration proceeding;
rather, there is an arbitrator who is present who makes
the final decision, which is called the arbitration award. - The award is legally binding on all parties of the hearing.
Renewed Vision?
Yes, the preferred opinion that there’s no sides win or lose.
It’s just the sides with more or less same terms on the topic,
like different languages and people perceptions, but with own
weight and attitude to the tasks must be organized and solved.

discussions to find a common idea or a middle ground or path
in accordance with their tasks, needs — to get a detailed audit,
that will be covered publicly or not on demand, but Arbitration
SubGov will be able to get feedback on its work and rewarded.
