I think this will be the first step to create a subgovernance for india where more Indians will involve and participate.
We are focusing more on awareness currently so that adoption can happened in right time.
Free TON awareness campaign through a roadshow isn’t a bad idea and initial budget is too low.
Then why we are risking to give huge amount to a subgovernance without community. There are some active Indians and ready to support and build community step by step. Please think about this roadshow campaign where we can highlight the Free TON in indian crypto atmosphere and top crypto influencers will be also surprised with the success of this event.

there is indian community with some volunteers who are ready to support free ton in India, crypto roadshow have some kind of importance in India and someone like @india is initiating a something different type culture in free ton atmosphere with very low budget. You are taking risk at 600k tons which is huge amount, so why you aren’t trying with this low amount of budget to see some effective results. If you haven’t trust in community then organise a ton offering event and invite big corporations and give away all tons to them so that they can control the network in their own way by organising contests for community because in current circumstances it’s very hard for a normal community member to raise his voice and propose a proposal.
community intentions can’t be ignored in long term targets like decentralisation and one billion userbase. It seems you are well reputed person in free ton network so think about the project and its long term success. People in India are more crazy about the free ton roadshow so please think about it twice for a big success in India. Motivate the community members who are free ton enthusiasts and ready to work hard for the community, by some type of demotivating comments we can loose some important members of community.
Community can’t be built overnight, we have to achieve these targets in a long term goal. Subgovernance is next thing we can think about which after a sufficient level of active members in community and with more indian members ready to participates in subgovernance organised contests.

some initial members of free ton network have control of free ton givers with three different multisig wallets. I’m inviting @XLR25t to confirm how many members are in multisig givers of free ton. community wants to know about the free ton economy controls because few initial members can steel all the tokens of givers so how can we trust these few people having full economy control of free ton.
Actually we need a trustless system and what is need for community to trust someone in an open blockchain network. we had already seen a free ton influencers scam so its time to aware community about the predictive chances of future scams in free ton.

In india very few people are understanding bitcoin and its very hard to convince them about free ton project and even impossible for non-indian to do that job. we are ready with our potential to do that great job but if we’ll be ignored continuously then free ton haven’t any future in india excluding giving away direct airdrop of 100 tons to every new user.
Subgovernance with about half million tons will be not successful to add even 5k new members on free ton network.
