Sorry if it is messy. I did it in a hurry to calculate the prefactor “a”.
If the time read is less than 30min I set it as 0, between 30min and 59min I set it as 1hour. If it is higher than 24hours then I have set it as (days+0.5)*24hours.
If the contest gets active, I can provide you a nice one.

But they bring 0 value. And many of them are just registered for the opportunity to get something in the future.

Submission of the surf address is a must for earning the rewards in this proposal. Those guys will never be informed of this contest and so will not submit their request.
If somebody submits his/her request so he/she follows the forum posts and therefore I think he/she deserves at least such a small reward.

0.2% of totol TON is equal to 8,500,000
and 300,000 TON is just about 0.007% of total tokens.
0.007% of total token is sufficient benchmark to airdrop early community and will distributed among every member as well initiating decentralization indeed.

I think pre-factor a should be calculated after total submissions submitted in the contest.
Also very rare are active in forum as well so this contest can really makes them active too.
Yes. prefactor will be calculated after the submission ends. It will be for sure greater than 0.3 as some guys will not be that fortunate to participate in this contest.

I don’t like to call it airdrop. It is very similar to the previous “supporter” contests (in which mostly the previous activities have been considered). The difference is that, in contrast to the previous ones, in this contest there is no winner Vs. loser. All participants earn their rewards.
About the total TONs distributed as rewards, we have not too much difference as well. In most of the previous contests, more than 200,000 TONs have been distributed as rewards (participants+juries). In this contest, by about the same budget, we can thank up to 1200 members (if all the forum members participate and submit their surf address).
