Stake Poolサイズ1 Billion USDを超える世界4位のステーキング・アグリゲーターであるMoonstakeの実装に採択されるためのキャンペーンとして、事前投票キャンペーンを開催する。計5,000以上のLikeとRTをTwitterで集めることを目標としたキャンペーンであり、全Free TONコミュニティからの支援が必要である。
We will be holding a pre-voting campaign to be adopted for implementation by Moonstake, the world’s 4th largest staking aggregator with a Stake Pool size of over 1 Billion USD. The campaign aims to gather a total of 5000+ Likes and RTs on Twitter and needs support from the entire Free TON community.

Motivation of the proposal
このプロジェクトの主な目的は、一連のイベントを通じて、ブロックチェーンエンジニアのコミュニティがFree TONとTON Crystalにアクセスできるようにすることです。
Main motivation of the project is to let the blockchain engineer community access Free TON and TON Crystal through a series of events.

Team
Founder: Mitsuru Tezuka
Mr. Tezuka is Founder of Moonstake.io, and CEO of CTIA which he founded in 2017 in Switzerland and Japan. Currently, with CTIA, Mr. Tezuka focuses on promoting blockchain within the existing business structure and facilitates development with government and businesses. Between 2013 and 2017, Mr. Tezuka ran number of studies in blockchain applications focused on blockchain fundaments and P2P in five major cities in Japan. Prior to this, Mr. Tezuka worked at Hikari Tsushin Co., in corporate sales, retail and business strategy.
CEO: Lawlence Lin
Lawrence is a digital marketing professional with a background in programming and has been in the tech industry for over 10 years. He was one of Huobi Global’s early employees and later became Head of Global Business in Singapore. After that, he became the COO and co-founder of Zipmex, a cryptocurrency exchange which has been expanded in Southeast Asia, and led the acquisition of licenses.
Prior to entering the blockchain industry, he had a proven track record of successfully IPOing e-commerce companies’ products and customers on ASX and implementing global digital initiatives on Standard Chartered. He has received various awards from marketing fields such as Marketing Excellence and Dragons of Asia.
Director: Alex Hui
Alex Hui is the Director at Moonstake.io, which hits over 1 billion USD worth of assets under the company’s staking program. Previously, he was the director and COO of a consultancy specializing in business development using blockchain.
Alex Hui started his career as a Business Development & Marketing Manager before becoming an entrepreneur. His dev studio is internationally awarded twice for the innovative approach of apps development.
With strong expertise in blockchain technology and business models, Alex believes blockchain will become the next big wave in tech industry to bring fundamental change to the whole society.
CSO: Chia Hock Lai
Chia Hock Lai is the CEO of Switchnovate, chairman of Singapore Blockchain Association,a FinTech consultancy firm that provides financial blockchain solutions, and has close to 2 decades of experience in the financial and technology industry. He has previously worked in organizations like the Government Technology Agency of Singapore (GovTech) and NTUC Income. He is also an alumnus of the National University of Singapore (NUS) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU).
Proposal｜ 提案
Moonstakeが次の実装銘柄を決定するために、ブロックチェーンコミュニティのエンゲージメント力がどのくらい強いのかを示す必要がある。今回、このエンゲージメント力を示すためにTwitterでのRTとLikeの数を数えることでMoonstakeに提案する。

RTとLikeの数が合計100行くたびに1名50 USD相当分のTON(100 TON Crystal)をAir dropする。

合計5,000RT+Like分、つまり2.5k USD相当分のTON(5,000 TON)を予算の上限とする。

TONは日本SGの管理TONの中から支払われる。

被り再当選も有りとすることで、最初に参加するインセンティブをつける。

For every 100 RTs and Likes, we will airdrop 50 USD worth of TON per person (100 TON Crystal).

The budget will be capped at a total of 5000 minutes, or 2.5k USD worth of TON (5,000 TON Crystal).

The TON will be paid from the Japan SG’s managed TON.

There will be an incentive to be the first to participate in the event, with the possibility of being re-elected.
