- Submission for full implementation of the Program.
Type
Multistep Contest
Contest period
Submission with an implementation plan

Submissions for the completion of each step and full implementation
You will be able to provide these submissions in the future to any suitable Renewal Contest under Ambassador Subgovernance. Those Renewal Contests will be repeated regularly so that you can provide the required submissions for this contest.
Motivation
Use your own skills and experience of the Country Ambassador to invite as many real people as possible and grow the Free TON community. Implement your Program to achieve this.
Providing an Implementation Plan
To start as an Ambassador, please provide a submission containing the Implementation Plan for the Program, as explained below.
Submission requirements
Use a title of this submission like “Stage 2 Implementation Plan: Your program title”.
Your Implementation Plan should contain the following data:
- General timing and (optional) step timing, if applicable, must be specified.
- The plan can have one or more steps. There are limits on how many steps you can take to get a reward (see Budget explanation).
- KPI metrics should contain quantitative and qualitative scores together (see KPI explanation).
- The plan should offer a publicly available way to validate invited people (see KPI explanation).
- Optionally, you can provide submissions containing interim step-by-step reports. This is only required if you need to get some of the reward along the way (see Submissions: Step implementation report).
- You will be required to submit a final proposal containing a complete report on the results achieved by the Implementation Plan, as well as the Program as a whole, in order to receive the main reward (see Submission: Complete implementation report).
Criteria: Right to implementation
The right to implement the Program will be awarded to submissions with an average voting score of 7.5 (including) and more after the Jury vote.
If your application with the submitted Implementation Plan does not reach a passing score or is rejected (for example, due to non-compliance), then an additional submission collection will be launched for such Ambassadors, where you can resubmit the Implementation Plan for your Program for a new vote.
You can make no more than 3 (three) attempts to provide a submission with your Implementation Plan. If none of the submissions achieve a passing score and/or all are rejected by the Jury, then you will forfeit your eligibility for this contest and will lose your eligibility for the reward previously awarded in the “Country Ambassadors for Free TON Stage 1: Ambassador Selection” contest.
Budget explanation
If the Program has one step
The reward can be received only AFTER the complete implementation of the Program, verification of the results, and voting by the Jury for your work.
If the Program has several steps
- You can claim no more than 30% of the reward until the Program is completed completely. The remaining 70% of the reward you will receive after the complete implementation of the Program, checking the results and voting by the Jury for your work.
- You can NOT claim a reward or part of it upfront when no work has been done yet. You must complete at least one step of the Program to claim any reward.
If you exceed these requirements, then the amount of the actual road reward will be forcibly reduced in such a way as to meet the conditions.
KPI explanation
Make sure you understand correctly what a KPI is:
First, a KPI is an indicator of performance and effectiveness, not just an action.
Second, KPI is not only quantity, but quantity plus quality.
Wrong:
- I will post an ad in a channel with X reach (problem: this is “action” instead of “result”)
- I will create a group with X subscribers (problem: only quantified, no verification method)
Correctly:
- I will bring X subscribers to group Y. These people can be verified as follows … (explain how this can be verified).
For verification, you can use, for example, a list of user profiles, completed Google forms and/or questionnaires, access to trusted analytics systems, and/or other verifiable data to make a relevant assessment that these users are real people. You can also suggest your own transparent verification method.
Program Implementation
Start implementation
Start implementing your Program immediately after the Jury voting for all submitted Implementation Plans has ended and you have reached the required average voting score as indicated above. You don’t need to expect any other consent or approval.
Timing
It does not matter if you have reached the next implementation step and/or completed the Program earlier or later than the deadline that you yourself defined. Just provide the relevant submission after this has been achieved.
Optional submissions: Step implementation report
Skip this section if the Program consists of only one step, OR if you agree to receive all rewards due after complete implementation of the Program.
Use a title of this submission like “Stage 2 Submission: Step implementation report”.
You can cut the Program into ANY number of steps as you need.
Provide the relevant submission after completing the next step of the Program implementation if you need to receive a part of the reward on the way.
It is recommended to use a report form similar to the table below (example).
Step No. | Timing | Description of work | Used KPIs | Achieved results | Method for checking invited users | Claimed reward |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
1 | - | - | - | - | - | 5% |
2 | - | - | - | - | - | 5% |
… | … | … | … | … | … | … |
N | - | - | - | - | - | X% |
Make sure you provide the correct KPIs, describe the results you have achieved, and suggest a way to validate the invited people.
Reward procedure
The amount of reward for completing a step of the Program will depend on the assessment that the Jury will award to your submission.
If the submission receives an average voting score of 7.5 (including) or more, then you will receive all the rewards that you demanded for the implementation of this step of the Program.
If the submission receives an average voting score of less than 7.5, then the reward will be calculated using the formula:
Payment Amount = Claimed Amount * Average Voting Score / 10
For example, if you requested 10,000 tons for completing a Program step, and the average score after the Jury voting for your submission (for this implementation step) was 6.5 points, then you will receive 10,000 * 6.5 / 10 = 6,500 tons.
If more than 50% of the Jury members who actually voted rejected your submission, then you will not receive anything.
Mandatory submission: Complete implementation report
Provide a submission with the title “Stage 2 Submission: Complete implementation report” after the completion of the Program to receive the final reward. Specify the following information in the submission:
- Total timing of the program
- Total description of work
- Used KPIs
- The achieved results of the program
- Method for checking invited users
Make sure you provide the correct KPIs, describe the results you have achieved, and suggest a way to validate the invited people.
Reward procedure
The amount of reward for the implementation of the Program will depend on the assessment that the Jury will award your submission.
If the submission receives an average voting score of 7.5 (including) or more, then you will receive all the remuneration that you demanded in case of successful implementation of the Program.
If the submission receives an average voting score of less than 7.5, then the reward will be calculated using the formula:
Payment Amount = Claimed Amount * Average Voting Score / 10
In this case, for example, if you requested 100,000 tons for the implementation of the Program, and the average score after the Jury voting for your complete submission was 7.4 points, then you will receive 100,000 * 7.4 / 10 = 74,000 tons.
If more than 50% of the Jury members who actually voted rejected your submission, then you will not receive anything.
Procedural remarks
- Participants must correctly upload their application to the contest (in PDF format) in order for the jury to view it. If the application is not available or does not meet the described criteria, the candidate will be rejected by the jury.
- Participants must submit their work before the end of the contest. If the application is submitted late, it will not be accepted.
- All submissions must contain the contestant’s contact information, including a Telegram username, by which jurors can verify that the submission belongs to the individual who submitted it. If not, your submission will be rejected.
- If your submission has links to the work performed, the content of those links must have the contestant’s contact details and Telegram username, so jurors can match it and verify who the work belongs to. If not, your submission will be rejected.
- Contestants must provide valid Free TON addresses where they will receive their reward in case of winning. Make sure that you keep your seed phrase and private keys from your wallet in a safe place.
