Short description:
Analytics of the past stages of the sub-governance’s work for the periods for which they reported, identifying active participants in the context of each of them.
Type:
Contest
Contest period:
Submission of requests - 6 weeks from the contest start
Judges’ vote on requests - 1 week after completion of the request phase
Description:
To date, FreeTon has 26 sub-governances. Each sub-governance in the organization has made certain promises. The time has come to thoroughly analyze each of the sub-governances.
Our team has conducted similar investigations on Wiki, eSport and Africa with the participation of Elsbet. Only this time, let’s go even deeper into the data. This analysis should show not only the general successes and failures of the sub-governance initiative group but also show the contribution of each of the participants to the results of the sub-governance activities. We will check the periods for which the sub-governances have already reported.
Hard criteria:
Analysis should include:
- Announced plans and funds received
- Analysis of the sub-governance work in accordance with the announced plans
- Numerical composition of sub-governances
- Activity of each initial member and judge.
- Key people who are most active (as members, as authors of messages in the profile telegrams group and on the forum)
- Products created as a result of contests
- Number of products that have been created and are still being developed
Reports must be submitted in English
This is a very big analytical work. But it will allow to celebrate the merits of the deserving and encourage them to increase the involvement of sleeping participants. The result should be in the form of PDF files in the context of each of the sub- governances.
Reward for participants:
Only requests with an average score of more than 6 (inclusive) can be rewarded.
First place: 75,000 crystals
Second place: 50,000 crystals
Third place: 25,000 crystals
Fourth place: 5,000 crystals
Fifth place: 5,000 crystals
The amount for the first three prizes will be paid to the participant in full if they have checked all Sub-governance + main governance, and the reports meet the specified key criteria. If reports/part of reports don’t meet the criteria above or their number is less, then the remuneration is proportionally reduced.
During the voting of the judges, the participants are prohibited from changing/modifying the created decision. Decisions that will be modified during the voting process will be excluded from the contest. Such exclusion can be based on any documented confirmation of any active member of the community, recognized by three or more judges.
Procedural issues:
- Each participant has the right to submit several works if they contain different approaches to solving contest problems. But if the works are not unique enough or differ in minor details, the jury members have the right to reject such repeated submissions. Differences should be at the level of the indicators under consideration and/or their interpretation.
- If a participant wants to submit an additional request, which cancels the previous request, he must inform the jury about this fact on the contest page on the forum. Then only the specified work will be counted. If the participant doesn’t indicate the updated request as correct, only the first work is valid and the jury rejects all others.
- The participant is prohibited from discussing other works until the end of the judges’ voting. An exception is ama sessions organized by participants or judges. Participants exhibiting inappropriate behavior will be excluded unilaterally without the right to receive remuneration for their work. Both sides of the conflict will be removed.
