Hello,

My name is Una, I am Free TON national leader of Latvia. Our team is currently working on launching proposal for Latvian Subgovernance and seeking potential partnerships. I am motivated to contribute to the community even more by becoming a jury member. I have signed the Declaration of Decentralization.

I have education in law so I am well aware of how the voting process should be - fair, transparent, well argumented with the jury being able to be impartial. Also aware of how a decentralized community works and happy to be a part of it. I consider myself responsible and hard-working. Past experience in management - supervising employees, analysing their performance, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining cross departmental cooperation; translation and law.
