I read many comments in different contests and most of the users only whine and are always dissatisfied with something. But all passes after a thorough study of the issue.

If you read the conditions of the contest and were present in the Ambassadors chat: Telegram: Contact @GCCG_Ambassadors_contest you wouldn’t have such questions.
Contest: Free TON Ambassadors (Stage 1: Ambassadors Selection) - #14 by Kolman

Firstly, every Ambassador, whose application is successful, will get 500 tokens (welcome bonus). He can spend them on his initial expenses.

Second, Stage 2 will describe the possibility of a stage-by-stage reward for some of the work done by the Ambassador. This was written about in the aforementioned chat:

Third, the Ambassadors themselves determine the budget for their programs based on all the conditions of the competition (this is also spelled out in the document).

Во-первых, каждый Амбассадор, чья заявка будет проходной, получит 500 токенов (приветственный бонус). Их он может потратить на свои первоначальные расходы.

Во-вторых, на Этапе 2 будет описана возможность поэтапной награды за часть поделанной работы Амбассадором. И об этом писалось в вышеупомянутом чате:

В-третьих, бюджет Амбассадоры на свои программы определяют сами исходя из всех условий конкурса (это тоже в документе прописано).

90 day program may be divided in 3-4 KPI stages so after successfully completion of 1st stage of KPI, ambassador can request payment for completed KPI so that he can further invite more new members and can work in a frictional pace.

Before inviting people from any region to the Free TON, it is very important that what their heart and mind say and what they are interested in doing?

Being an Indian, I can understand the trend here very well and one of them adopted trend here is cricket.

Cricket is a very famous sport in India, with a worldwide audience of 1.6 billion.
There are more than 15 million cricketers in India out of which only 3 millions are registered.
Indian Premier League is the most famous cricket league in the world.
Indian cricket board BCCI is the most richest cricket board in the world.

Duration : 90 Days
Impressions : 50000 - 100000
There will be guaranteed 2000+ real users and proposed budget is even less than that of a single contest.

Although in the proposal of stage 1 the budget is optional, however, as http://t.me/Zhytie_Moe (an admin of the SG group) asked us, we revised and resubmitted our proposal in which we have put a section for budget and changed the KPI section a little bit so that now we have focused on bringing new members to the forum and surf (verified by a Google form) instead of a telegram group.

Hello everyone,

I reviewed all of the submissiones for Ambassador selection contest. As far as I know, the budget should be requested upon obtained results and KPIs. However, some submissions requested the budget based on the Actions & Activities. As you know,

“the efficiency of actions and activities can be assessed just by guaranteed outputs”

For example, you can see one sample below. As an expert in the field of marketing and promotion, I should say that this is not a right way for ambassadors’ work at all.

Juror Voting Analysis:
Total accepted submissions by initial two jury members are = 2

If Free TON global community jury really wants to expand vision of decentralisation globally then budget requested shouldn’t be a major reason to reject a program since some revolutionary initiatives are harder to start once while they have a game-changing capabilities on the other side.

I want to share a accepted partnership program of cointelegraph with some stats as

Duration : 3 months

Budget : 1,750,000 TON

Credit : Advance payment (prepaid)

KPIs : No transparent verification method

Status : After the 10 weeks of payment transferred and program implementation there aren’t even 1k verified new member in Free TON community through the partnership program.

My requested budget for first 2k new verified members is 87997 TON with over 50k new impressions through which new members may join Free TON on themselves not included in my KPIs.
If we are initiating some kind of new program then budget may be higher than expected but during next stages of same program budget can be reduced gradually.

1- Can you find any budget section in Ambassador Template provided by @Kolman above? According to this template, the budget is not necessary in stage 1, and I think it should be necessary in Stage 2 submission. Otherwise, the stage 2 contest becomes meaningless.

2- Although the budget is not necessary, we have presented the proposed budget very precisely and clearly in the text of the submission. Have you not seen?

One of two accepted proposals for ambassador by two initial jury members have requested 5000 TON for 100 new users.
Take a look at below screenshot

Budget of 5000 TON for 100 new verified users is ok and accepted while at the same time 2999 TON requested for 100 new verified users is much and rejected.

Main contest requirements are already described in contest itself so budget can be also fixed in terms of 100 new users KPI packets.

If a new user invited by me joined Free TON and buy 500 TON on any exchange, then I think according to contest requirements and descriptions I can’t request TONs for this type of trading action. If we are going to invite new members on Free TON then we have to educate them some basic features of Free TON blockchain so this will be a mandatory task for all ambassadors because without doing this action how anyone can add members to Free TON community so this task doesn’t need any verification.

In the conditions there is an opportunity to launch an additional contest, so the authors of rejected submissions will be able to take comments into account and submit updated programs. This is stipulated in the conditions of the first contest

I think the jury members did not check all shared links related to cricket in India in my submission so they missed the importance of cricket business and markets for Free TON to revolutionize the cricket in India.
