中国社区官网竞赛
简述:
目前由于防火墙的限制，中国用户无法从中国访问freeton.org网页。此外，很多中国用户不会说英语，他们常用语言为中文。
为了扩大Free TON在中国的受众群体，必须建立一个中文本地化的网页(以下称为网页)，该网页可以在中国访问并提供有关Free TON的高质量中文内容，吸引中国用户，并推动Free TON在中国的进程。

动机:
落地页的设计应该具有良好的用户体验，并且可以给来自不同渠道的推广活动和自然流量提供入口。
要求:
● 网页上的所有信息必须是中文的，文字必须用中文编辑器校对(禁止谷歌/百度翻译)
● 对于中国用户来说，网页的加载速度要快，网页内容不能太过繁重
● 网页的设计应与Free TON的基本设计保持一致，主要的内容特征可以按照中国风格进行灵活设计
● 网页应该进行百度搜索引擎优化
● 网页结构应该包括:

● 所有参赛作品以及论坛讨论链接都必须具有目标网页设计的预览，并包含以html格式指向完整网页的链接。
● 只有中国社区的参与方，才能参与该竞赛。
评审标准及获奖条件:
● 中文质量- 20%
● 加载速度- 20%
● 完整结构- 15%
● 简单方便的后端CMS(内容管理系统) - 15%
● 手机移动端兼容、适配 - 10%
● 用户体验- 10%
● 百度搜索引擎优化- 5%
● 原创设计- 5%
投票:
● 采取陪审员投票制。如果参赛团队提交了自己的参赛作品，则该团队应回避表决。
● 每位陪审员将对每一份作品进行投票，评分从1到10不等，也可以选择拒绝投票或弃权。
● 陪审员应该对你的作品给出反馈意见。
● 重复、低于标准、不完整或不合适的作品提交将被拒绝评审。
奖励:
● 一等奖… 15000 TON
● 二等奖 …3000 TON
● 三等奖… 2000 TON
注:每个奖项仅设一名。
如果获奖作品的数量少于奖项数量，剩余奖项对应的奖品将不予分发，视为无效。
陪审团的奖励:
参与投票并且给出反馈意见的陪审员可获得竞赛获胜者token总数2%的TON
程序要求:
● 参与者必须正确上传他们的作品，以便可以按照所述格式对其进行查看和访问。如果无法访问或不符合描述的标准，则评审委员会可能会拒绝评审。
● 参赛者必须在竞赛截止日期前提交作品。如未能按时提交，则失去参赛资格。
● 每个竞赛提交的作品中都必须有明确的联系方式，并且与网页或者论坛上所描述的联系方式相一致。如果您的网页或者论坛上没有提供联系方式，则提交作品时必须提供指向您在线角色的链接，例如电报ID（首选）或其他可以确认提交的作品是您自己的联系信息。如果您无法提供一种方法来验证提交的内容是您自己的作品，则您提交的内容可能会被拒绝。
Chinese Subgovernance Website Contest
Short description:
Currently due to the Great Firewall limitations, Chinese users cannot access freeton.org webpage from China. Moreover, a lot of Chinese users do not speak English and they are used to obtaining information only in Chinese.
In order to expand the exposure of Free TON into the Chinese audience, it is essential to build a Chinese localized website (hereafter called the Web-page) which will be accessible in China and will provide high-quality Chinese content about Free TON to the Chinese users and drive Free TON’s adoption in China.

Motivation:
Landing page design should be user-friendly with an entry point for traffic coming from different promotional campaigns and organic sources.
Requirements:
- All the information on the Web-page must be in Chinese, the language must be proof-checked by native Chinese editors (no Google / Baidu translate)
- The loading time of the Web-page for the Chinese users must be negligible, the Web-page mustn’t be overloaded with heavy content
- Design of the Web-page must correspond with the basic Free TON design, although the exact features are flexible and can be adapted to the Chinese style
- The Web-page must be Baidu SEO friendly
- The Web-page structure should include:
- Hero image + tagline
- What is Free TON + info about the Chinese Sub-Governance
- Key features of Free TON blockchain
- News
- Active contests of the Chinese Subgov
- Community
- For developers
- Forum
- Partners
- The Declaration of Decentralization
- Social media links
shouldn’t it have backend content management functions - All contest submissions as well as the forum discussion link MUST have a preview of the landing page design and contain a link to the full web-page archive in html format.
- Only Chinese contenders are permissioned to participate in this contest.

Voting:
- Jurors will vote for your submission. Jurors whose team(s) intend to participate in this contest by providing submissions of their own lose their right to vote in this contest.
- Each juror will vote by rating each submission on a scale of 1 to 10 or can choose to reject or abstain.
- Jurors should provide feedback to your submissions.
- Duplicate, sub par, incomplete or inappropriate submissions will be rejected.
Reward:
1st prize ………… 15,000 TONs
2nd prize ………… 3,000 TONs
3rd prize ………… 2,000 TONs
Note: If the number of winning submissions is less than the number of rewards available, any remaining rewards are not subject to distribution and are considered void.
Jury rewards:
An amount equal to 2% of the sum total of all total tokens awarded to contest winners will be distributed among jurors who voted and provided feedback.
Procedural requirements:
- Participants must upload their work correctly so it can be viewed and accessible in the formats described. If work is inaccessible or does not fit the criteria described, the submission may be rejected by jurors.
- Participants must submit their work before the closing of the filing of submissions. If not submitted on time, the submission will not count.
- Every contest submission must have an identifiable contact that can be matched with your discussion forum description. If you did not provide a discussion forum description, then your submission must provide links to your online persona, such as a Telegram ID (preferred) or other direct contact information that can confirm that the work submitted is your own. If you fail to provide a means to verify that the submission is your own work, your submission may be rejected.
