The bot is well-functioning! I have exchanged and withdrawn some coins inside the bot without any problem. Everything is fine but I have seen some users complaining like they were unable to verify accounts, maybe some countries are restricted ?

Chatex Announces the Cashback Reward Program for Traders :gem:

Chatex closes the year 2020 on a positive note for its users. After the recent announcement about the cashback program for users, Chatex now expands it to traders.

According to the new program, those traders, who actively trade on Chatex in the crypto-to-fiat format, can get the cashback to $1000 per month. The Chatex trader, who has reached the trading volume of $10000 during the last 30 days, will be guaranteed 100 TON Crystal of cashback.

The system of accumulating rewards is simple: if the trader has a trading volume of $10000 by the end of the month, he or she will get 100 TON Crystal; if the volume of $20000 is reached, the trader will get 200 TON Crystal, and so on. The monthly cashback limit is 1000 TON Crystal. The program starts from December 1.

Как я понял, в 2021 не прошедшим верифкацию вообще нельзя будет пользоватся чатексом?

Приветствую! У нас есть русскоязычная ветка на форуме, поэтому если ты общаешься на русском, то приглашаю перейти в нее. :slight_smile: Chatex Official (Rus)
Но на заданный вопрос отвечу сразу. С 21 декабря начнут действовать следующие уровни верификации с соответствующими лимитами в месяц (учитывается отдельно на торговлю и отдельно на вывод):

до 500€ — верификация не требуется;
от 500€-1000€ — необходимо подтвердить номер телефона;
от 1000€-5000€ — необходима верификация по паспорту и селфи;
свыше 5000€ — необходимо подтверждение адреса.
