Analytics & Support Sub-Governance Proposal: Token Request for Ongoing Work & Growth

General description

Following its launch goals, Analytics & Support Subgovernance is requesting a motivation extension for the next period of its activity.

Further motivation

Analytical Sub-governens should analyze the ongoing processes within the Free TON community and in every possible way help with structuring or advice to other Sub-governenses (if they ask about it).

To do this, it is recommended to involve experts in the Free TON Community via contest-based model.

A&S Sub-governance only recommends and does not fulfill a management role.

Statement of results

Here are the main results for the period from February 2021 to July 2021:

8 contests successfully passed:

1 Contest: DeAnalytics Token Distribution Program - The award contest is for those who have contributed to the analysis of partner offers, checking new partners and exploring partner opportunities. The goal is to motivate and evaluate members of the Free TON community who are able to perform high-quality analytical activities.

2 Contest: Contests Results Interface - Web interface that displays the results of contests in the form of a resulting table to facilitate the process of paying. Work of the winners - freeton-stats.org

3 Palantir - Social Media Dashboard - Creation of a dashboard platform for analytics of social networks, chats, traffic, and content engagement of Free TON platforms. Work of the winners - Link

4 Contest: Analytics & Support Sub-governance DeWorkflow - Reward contest for those who have contributed A&S Sub-Governance activity and moderation.

5 Analytics&Support. Jury Selection contest Part II - In view of the fact that the Analytics&Support Sub-governance has lost 3 jury, it is necessary to recruit new judges to improve the quality of the assessment of works. We try to keep our jury members active and involved - this table contains statistics of all votes.

6 DeStats Award Distribution Q1 / 21 - This offer offers rewards to community members for their previous activities and initiatives between December 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021. Community members who helped prepare and process payments for completed contests and offers. They created smart contracts for Free TON Governance contests.

7 Contest: DeAnalytics Q1/21 Token Distribution Program - This contest is held to reward Free TON supporters who have made valuable contributions to the analysis of partner offers. The contest is intended for participants who published their analytical work in the first quarter of 2021. The goal is to motivate and evaluate Free TON project participants who are willing to spend their time studying and analyzing partners who are able to provide high-quality analytical reports

8 DeAnalytics Q2/21 Token Distribution Program - This contest is held to reward Free TON supporters who have made valuable contributions to the analysis of partner offers. The contest is intended for participants who published their analytical work in the second quarter of 2021.

Also:

One of the initial members asked us to audit the KPI implementation by Africa Subgovernance. This was necessary to be able to make an informed decision on the next payment. Several members of our SG Analyzed all the work that has been performed by the Subgovernance since its inception. We gave our recommendations on what tasks need to be improved. We also performed a full analysis of the financial relationships between all the key participants in African Subgovernance.
Members of our Subgovernance (@platon, @lvv) have also checked the reports of eSportSubgovernance and Galaxy Online partner for their requests for new tokens
In May 2021, judging contests were held in three Subgovernances of Academy Subgovernance, Web Design Subgovernance and Voice Subgovernance. A total of 100 requests for judicial positions were received by these Subgovernances. Many of the requests raised doubts among the community as to the veracity. Several members of our subgov and their team checked the candidates and made tables with reports (statistics data on candidates and identification of suspicious applications).
We are testing a system of interaction with other SGs. It will take into account requests from other SGs for analytics, which we will process in Analytics.

Implementation of the system of interaction between SG Analytics and other SGs will allow: take an active part and help in the analysis of problems / situations; conduct an audit of activities, org. structures, etc. in others upon requests from them, this will increase the productivity of the community; take tasks that cannot be solved within other SG’s; identify community needs in a timely manner

Expense estimate for the next period

To achieve the stated goals, the following budget is required for a period:

3	Contest: Tickets to the AIBC Sigma Show in Malta for A&S SG Member	This contest is aimed at developing recognition of the project, building networking relationships between active members of Free TON and the global crypto community. And also a presentation of A&S SG in Malta. We are going to send 5 active member for this event.	15,000 (+3000 Jury)
4	Referral platform contest	This platform will help the community track the creation of new wallets by partners and referrals on the blockchain. This contest for the creation of such a system will solve this problem.	120,000
5	DeWorkflow	This contest was created to motivate active participants of the Analytics & Support Sub-governance who write contests, organize activity, and make the work of the Sub-governance possible.	40,000 (+4000)
6	DeStats	Reward contest for those who have contributed to the calculation and distribution of tokens for Free TON Governance contests payouts.	25,000 (+2500)

Any excess funds that remain as a result of non-implementation will be carried over to the next period until fully spent.

At least you can see that these guys are working. I like their reports on partnerships - they are made in an accessible and understandable form, they highlight the necessary and important aspects of partnerships.
It will be very interesting to study the report about Cointelegraph! If it is possible to single out the period of partnership and the number of new members who have come to the community during this time, it would be great!

По крайней мере видно, что эти ребята работают. Мне нравятся их отчеты о партнерствах - сделаны они в доступном и понятном виде, в них выделены нужные и важные аспекты партнерств.
Очень любопытно будет изучить отчет про Коинтелеграф! Если там возможно выделить период партнерства и количество пришедших за это время новых участников в сообщество - было бы отлично!

Distribution of tokens may be hard because of ron mileage!
Ron is a non-talented argument in free ton ecosystem and should be banned from free ton!
Otherwise chances of free ton progress are rare because there are some people just for scamming out ton crystals of innocent community in the hands of private corporations regarding a fixed deal. I’m ready to bet with $100K and saying cointelegraph deal was a fixed scam. Cointelegraph have to be sold their ton crystals to pay fixers like ron, ton labs etc.

This is an unfounded accusation. I believe Ron does more work than anyone else in the community. And we should be grateful to those who spend their energy and time to promote free TON.

But I want to make a note that if you have any factual data about falsifications - we are ready to consider them. No direct threats, no insults or unfounded accusations.

But nevertheless, I think that independent Free TON enthusiasts should collect such reliable facts and arguments in a “folder”. And if it is required for the security of Free TON, then disclose it to the largest investors and validators.

Please read cointelegraph discussion thread and involvement of ron in fund distribution to cointelegraph against community alerts.

Analyse and calculate the total fund which can be distributed to the community directly. If we distribute directly to the community, then it may influx new users on the open network
