Rewards

To reward the participants, funds of 40,000 TON Crystal have been allocated, this motivation will be spent in full. Funds are allocated from the budget of A&S SG. The reward will be distributed among the participants who have proven their activity.

40,000 TON Crystal will be distributed as a percentage according to the points scored. The reward will be paid to all participants who have scored more than 3 points.

The calculation of the distribution of prizes by percentage will be made in an Excel table. The formula is given below.

Excel Formula for “Reward”:

=IF((PrizeFund/(SUM(Submissions With Avg. Score>Score Threshold)-(Score Threshold*(COUNTIF(Submissions With Avg.Score>Score Threshold)))(Submission Avg. Score - Score Threshold))>0;(Prize Fund/(SUM(Submissions With Avg. Score>Score Threshold) - (Score Threshold(COUNTIF(Submissions With Avg.Score>Score Threshold)))*(Submission Avg. Score - Score Threshold));0)

Static values:

Prize Fund = 40k

Score Threshold = 3 Submissions With Avg. Score >=3

Dynamic values: Submission Avg. Score

we should amend the procedure for DeWorkflow and should appoint different team set for every work we require because I have noticed the contest after work and its delay in previous completed contests result reports and prize distribution.

Good luck to all. I’ll join the next DeWorkflow

It is a pity that Marina did not submit pdf.
On many of the recordings that I listened to, she moderated the calls. It’s time and effort too

:thinking:Surprisingly I want to say about A&S subgovernance immature management and its disability to finish a contest in fixed timeline.

A&S subgovernance have different categorised contests for different purposes and every contest have rewards for different tasks such as

  • winners reward
  • jury reward
  • administration reward

If participants have fixed timeline for submitting a submission and jury have fixed timeline for voting, then why administration haven’t any fixed timeline for completing a contest as a whole with results and rewards distribution.

Today’s world isn’t as slow as we are assuming, everyone wants to go for next things in time without grabbed in the same. We launched some contests in last month but not completed those as a whole with results and rewards distribution and launched a contest for administrative works without completed last ones. Then why not we are merging SG administrative works rewards within the contest itself by 10-30% of total.

Solution cum amendment:

  1. Every contest should have four types of timeline
  • Contest proposal voting
  • Contest submission
  • Jury voting
  • Results and rewards distribution
  1. Prepare catalog of administrative works we require.
  2. Appoint at least three jurors for every specific task so that task can be completed in time with more authenticity.
  3. Publish result and proof of prize distribution on the contest thread within fixed time frame, otherwise all appointed members for that task will be suspended and will lead to immediate appointment of new team set to complete the remaining task.
  4. All team sets for different required task will be appointed by all jury members mutual consensus.
  5. Rewards of every administrative task will be divided equally within team members appointed for that task only.

Conclusion:

If Free TON community is also paying rewards for administrative works then at least these works should be also completed with fast processings without any delay.
If we can’t work in time then why not giving chance to other Free TON enthusiasts to come and contribute. Why same members are working in 4-5 SGs just to collect more rewards.

For the last two contests, yes, the payment is prepared for a very long time. For the first time, A&S was faced with the uncertainty of “Redject” and the need for a recount. As you already know, we managed to solve these problems with the help of two “Proposals”, one of which is an accepted set of rules. All these actions took a lot of time.
I believe that the following periods determine the winners and pay awards. It will pass much faster.

I’m just a bit of subgovernance but I think everyone have a right to raise problems and issues asap so that same can be solved fast than ever with more smart jury management.

I’m ready to create report on result of the contest. Give me access to docs.

What exactly report do you want to prepair?
