Ambassador Subgovernance Proposal: Split of Team and Budget

To be honest, I have to say that I like all these guys (both teams) :raised_hands: and I wish we could see both teams together. But if it is expedient in this separation :pensive:, I support this proposal.

It is strange that this issue was not explained in the video session. I am not interested in the personal reasons (or other reasons that do not concern the public) of this division, but how it will affect other members who have recently been elected. Which division do the new jury members now belong to?

I noticed some irregularities earlier of some persons among the initial members of ASG not carrying others along. I had wanted to complain but I thought maybe it is a matter of sharing responsibilities. I just wish things shouldn’t have taken this direction. If this is the only way to settle this then my hands are cross. So which team will the newly elected jury member work with?

I would like to hear the opinion of persons related to the situation. Otherwise, it looks like some kind of backroom games/disputes.
Honestly have not heard anything about it, but it is puzzling.

I saw that Ron Millow @XLR25t was an initial member in [previous proposal]. However, now he is neither in team 1 nor in team 2.

Proposal status: PASSED

You can take it as explanation.)

Since May 7, I have been working full-time in the Free TON and have shown excellent results. During all this time, I have not had a single conflict with anyone from the community.

The information described here is very one-sided and at most does not correspond to the course of events or is simply not true. Even if you carefully study the conditions of the bounty company. Not to mention other data.

When people do not want to work and have nothing to show in the form of results, but at the same time they want to receive coins for emptiness, this will not work here.

That are really a bad attitudes to be considered, this can be regards as theft and scam. Of course many don’t want to work but want to earn :moneybag: money. I suggest strict rules should be applied with more security.

Its a pity that it was too late for me to see what was happening. Colleagues, what is this? What do you mean “two separate teams”?

I don’t even want to get into details of what was happening there between you. But if you are not able to find consensus between 7 people, how are you planning to manage such a massive unit?
How many people participated in the subgovernance split vote?

There is an impression that the only way out is disbandment of subgovernance and new nomination of a minimum 11 primary members.

Scandals attract a lot of attention, stir up interest (and since you are practically a PR department), I can conclude that this was done on purpose. Good strategy)))
I only hope that the initial members of the subgovernance have resolved all their questions and neither this conflict (nor any other) will interfere with the achievement of common goals.
In the end, you are great for explaining the situation, but since a solution has already been found, you can simply move on. Thanks for the transparency in this situation

Please read this post. The purpose of the publication is not in a scandal, but in the fact that in a decentralized system the decision made by the blockchain by consensus is ignored, and will is imposed from above. As if you roll back the last block of the bitcoin blockchain and someone took the BTC that you sent.

It was a minute of humor (I put three brackets at the end)
Shouldn’t a superior jury vote on the division of the subgovernance?
And tell me, since you are here, what is the role for the new jury in this currently incomprehensible divided subgovernance?

I created all the documentation and ran Wiki and Ambassador Subgovernances, believe me, I know how it works.

I affirm that members of the Subgovernance can make any decisions, including split. In addition, representatives of the main Governancehave recently suggested that we do it ourselves.

As for the jury, this will be decided later.

Excuse me, dear Dmitry.
I have an ambiguity.
Who do you mean by “representatives of the main Governance”?
Please see Ron’s post below.
Just as a question.

All I can answer for now is that I disagree with Ron’s interpretation.

But I’m quite sure that Ron told us on the general call a little earlier: “This is your Subgovernance and your team. Therefore, make your own decision inside the Subgovernance to get out of the conflict.”
I may use words that are not entirely accurate, but I am 100% sure of their essence.

Well, we accepted. Unexpectedly for us, this was not the right decision. And now the independence of this decision of ours is questioned.

Yes security measures should be implemented in order to avoid losing some TON to scams who might hide in the name of a partnership proposal if at all they exist.
