- Content creation (must include one Wiki URL for each work of this type)
- Translation (must include one Wiki URL for each work of this type)
The following types of service work are allowed:
- Chief editing
- Editing
- Review editing
- Team support
- News making
- Improvement service

- Administrative support
You can write a different type of work, but the jury will consider such a submission especially carefully, and may reject this submission. Use one of the items on this list unless you have a compelling reason to do otherwise.
Mandatory requirements
-
The contestant must write in the submission the completed work for the Free TON Wiki. This should be presented as:
a. A clickable link with a Wiki URL that points to the submitted content work. No link is required for service work.
b. Screenshot of the table according to the template below, containing the same Wiki URL (if specified in the previous paragraph) and the calculation of the reward for the work:
-
The submission must contain no more than 1 (one) content work and no more than 1 (one) corresponding Wiki URL, otherwise the submission will be rejected.
-
Participants who submit more than 1 (one) content work must submit a separate submission for each of them, following the principle “One submission - One work - One Wiki URL”.
-
Contestants who submit only service works are entitled to submit only one submission with a list of all their works.
-
Contestants who submit content and service works together must submit separate submissions for each type of work.
-
Submission with service works can only be submitted for the current month in which this WRC was launched. It is the calendar month that applies, even if the WRC was launched late in the current month. Submission with service works for previous months is not allowed, otherwise the submission will be rejected.
Recommendations for contestants
These guidelines are applicable to contestants who submit for content work. These recommendations are optional, however, failure to follow them may deprive the contestant of reward.
-
Submit your submission as soon as your work is ready and don’t delay until the contest deadline. Submit your submission no later than 5 days before the end of the contest. If you ignore this, your submission may be rejected.
-
Only translate articles that are approved for translation. If you ignore this, your submission may be rejected.
-
Pay close attention to the results of the preliminary verification of work and correct the submitted material according to the comments. If you ignore this, your submission may be rejected.
-
If your work received correction advice after a preliminary review, you are strongly encouraged to correct the material to avoid rejection of your submission, and to request a re-review while the contest is in progress and/or send a corrected submission if the Wiki URL has changed in your work. Submit corrected submissions no later than 48 hours before the end of the contest. If you ignore this, your submission may be rejected.
For contestants who submit for service work, the recommendations in this section do not apply.
Reward
Each contestant can claim an award amount not more than 5000 Tons in all submissions in total (before applying Fair Reward Ratio, FRR). If this claimed amount is exceeded, the jury will reject all or part of the contestant’s submissions so that the total reward of the participant in this contest does not exceed the specified limit.
The actual reward will range from 0 to your claimed Tons, inclusive, depending on the quality of your work and the final jury score. Rejected submissions will not receive any reward.
Voting procedure and requirements for the jury
-
Each of the Free TON Wiki jurors can vote for any submission.
-
Each juror will vote on a scale of 1…10 for each submission, or may reject it if it does not meet the contest requirements, or may abstain from voting if it believes that it does not have the right to judge.
-
The judge must reject a submission if it does not meet the mandatory requirements of the contest. If a judge has given a mark or abstained from a submission that should have been rejected, the judge will not be paid for that vote.
-
The judge has the right (but not the obligation) to reject the submission if the contestant ignored the recommendations for the contestants. In this case, the judge must explain in his feedback which recommendation was ignored by the contestants.
-
The judge must provide feedback for each submission. This should be meaningful and disclosed feedback that leaves no doubt that the judge has studied the submission. Duplicate feedback is not allowed (excluding feedback for rejection).
-
A vote for a submission for which a meaningless or shorter than 3 words feedback was provided to the judge will not be paid for that vote.
-
If the judge provided 3 or more duplicate feedbacks to different submissions, then all these votes will not be paid to the judge.
-
If a judge has provided 5 or more duplicate feedbacks to different submissions, then the judge will not receive any reward for this contest.
-
The judge must reject duplicate, incomplete, spam or non-compliant submissions. If a judge has given a mark or abstained from a submission that should have been rejected, the judge will not be paid for that vote.
Jury rewards
The amount of 4000 Tons will be evenly distributed among all judges’ votes that are payable and meet the requirements above.
The jury rewards are NOT subject to change through the Fair Reward Ratio (FRR).
Procedural reminders and conditions
-
It is forbidden to submit work from other accounts (including other contestants) in order to circumvent the restrictions of the contest. If this is found, then all submissions in violation of the rules will be rejected.
-
Contestants must correctly upload their submission to the contest (in PDF format) in order for the jury to view it. If the submission is inaccessible or does not fit the criteria described, the submission will be rejected.
-
Contestants must submit their work before the closing of the filing of submissions. If not submitted on time, the submission will not count.
-
All submissions must contain the contestant’s online ID, preferably a Telegram ID by which jurors can verify that the submission belongs to the individual who submitted it. If not, the submission will be rejected.
-
The content published in the forum and in the provided PDF file should not differ, except for formatting, otherwise, the submission will be rejected.
-
If your submission has links to the work performed, the content of those links must have the contestant’s online ID, preferably a Telegram ID so jurors can match it and verify who the work belongs to. If not, the submission will be rejected.
