По жюри я пока имел ввиду старый конкурс. Как появится информация про новый, то будут анонсы конечно же.

Вот вся соль как раз в этом. Весь бюджет подписной кажется около 35к тон. Сумма призов в конкурсах в разы крупней. А эффект в разы меньше. Сравним трудозатраты и время например на гифки мемы, сделанные рекордитом (не обязательно просто пример) из клипов - затраты труда ничтожны. Добавлены титры с эффектами - тоже не особо трудозатратно. Ок, можно сказать что там творческая работа ума. Но я не увидел ни простенького сценария, ни оригинальных слоганов в большинстве работ соискателей, а только подгонку существующего исходного материала под тематику, зачастую с натяжкой. Вот если бы присутствовала оригинальная работа с нуля со сценарием и запоминающимися слоганами, то другое дело для таких бюджетов. Хотя я даже не знаю где искать список победителей, даже такая мелочь и то запутана. Смотрел в целом во всей ветке.
Как итог и где используются эти гифки в каких соцсетях? Нигде не видел. Овчинка выделки не стоит. Эффект ничтожный, затраты огромны. Подписная эффект большой, затраты ничтожны.

What is Sub-Governance in Free TON and why it is needed?

I think many people have come across a misunderstanding of how the decentralized Free TON community works, we will try to explain it to you in this article.

Governance — main administration
Sub-Governance — secondary administration

23 members of Free TON Initial Members are Main Governance

Since the team’s resources are limited, they need additional people to develop the project in all directions at once. To this end, sub-governances have been created, each responsible for a specific activity, such as running a wiki or promoting in a specific language.

If every activity in Free TON goes through voting, what are the sub-governance functions?

To establish a sub-governance, its initiators submit a proposal to the main governance at the Free TON forum, and in case of community support and approval through a vote, the sub-governance gets its responsibilities and budget.

In the future, the sub-governance may vote and determine budgets for their initiatives themselves. Thus, part of the authority is transferred to the sub-governance so that more people can promote the project in different areas.

What is the process of launching sub-governance?

Initially, the launch requires support and community interest. After a successful vote, the sub-governance begins activities to launch the initiatives specified in the original proposal.

One of the first initiatives to launch is a Jury competition to expand the vote on proposals and thus reduce the risk of centralized control.

How do sub-governances differ from each other? Are they somehow connected to each other?

Each sub-governance has Initial Members , they create initial proposal for sub-governance creation and become the first members of the Jury in this sub-governance. They also launch and manage the first contests. As the membership grows, more initiatives will be launched and conducted independently of each other.

The sub-governances are not related to each other directly and can therefore duplicate the functions that other sub-governances have. However, different sub-governances may have the same participants or even Initial Members.

All sub-governances are responsible to the community and the main governance.

In general, a sub-governance is a group of active community members who want to implement their ideas in Free TON, anyone with sufficient experience and skills can create their own sub-governance or join an existing one if their proposal is approved by a vote.

Зум это что-то типа скайпа, а смысл? Как и треп в чатах это сплошные междометия. Это все не то, что надо в чатах узнавать спрашивать то там то тут. Посмотрел в один, там чел как раз спрашивал что-то типа того же о чем и я. Админ или модератор так ничего по сути и не ответил и все погреблось под горой посторонних возгласов и междометий. Понятно что он там часами сидит и задолбают, еще и печатать на телефоне когда палец давит сразу на две-три буквы неудобно. Информация должна быть собрана в одном месте и четко понятно описано что как и куда, где кто руководит чем и зачем и т.д.
В данный момент для непосвященного человека вся система представляет собой непонятную конструкцию. Видимо только ранние пользователи понимают что и где. И эта конструкция начинает напоминать российское государство. Есть условный путин и толпа соискателей на кусочек бюджета для его освоения со своими заявками. Где много громких слов, красивых оборотов, зачастую прикрывающих по существу отсутствие рентабельности запроса.
Можете задаться вопросом - почему он именно ко мне до***ся со своими вопросами? А разве не вы выплатили за баунти самостоятельно за две недели? Сказано во вторник - значит во вторник. Человек понимает что значит соблюдение заявленного. Значит все четко. У такого и надо спрашивать. Не сочтите за лесть, чисто по делу.

Не ясен такой момент: как осуществляются различные голосования? С помощью монет на кошельке как в полке или uniswap или это голосования никак не связанные с блокчейном?

Насколько я знаю через смарт контракт с мультисигнатурным голосованием. Для контестов есть еще отдельная платформа.

Все кажется разбросанным для новичка это факт, над упрощением входа тоже работаем, есть новостные каналы для разных сабговернанс, как видите я уже начал постить небольшие гайды/разъяснения, в дальнейшем думаю эта практика продолжит развиваться.

Мне проще голосом все объяснить и на большую аудиторию. Очень много подобных вопросов пишут и каждому не реально все это рассказывать. Плюс еще на двух языках от Ирана до Владивостока. По энергозатратам и времени очень много уходит. А еще работу надо работать. Поэтому и предложил простой созвон. Ответил бы на все вопросы + запись сделали бы и потом опубликовали сюда. Это уже была бы огромная ценность для сообщества.

Ok, thanks for clearing that up. I sometimes misread between the lines.

Good job with the community. I have lots of respect for people that keep bulding for ton. I myself don’t have as much time to participate on that and i like to see people who sacrifice their time rewarded.

I think if it is Global Community SG, then the leaders of different countries should be in the initial members!
